The islands are beautiful and I must say that it is definitely something to see while visiting Phucket. However, I was not impressed with the service on this tour. Although the guide Dino and the crew members were nice and polite, the experience seemed rushed in that we did not spend much more than 30-40 minutes at each island. Additionally, we were not able to visit Bamboo island which according to our guide is the most beautiful island because we were on a smaller vessel and getting to the island on a smaller vessel is dangerous. We were not offered or taken to any other island instead we were returned back to the marina. The trip back to the hotel was definitely the worst part. All the passengers in the van were staying at patong beach where as we were the only ones in Kamala. We were picked up last, and late for that matter, and dropped off last as well. It took well over an hour and a half to get back to the hotel. I recommended visiting the islands but perhaps doing the islands individually instead of all at once since you really don’t enjoy them much in this experience. Thankfully we were a small group of about 20. This tour usually takes over 30 passengers. The boat ride is rough out to the islands. I would not have felt very safe with more than the 20 in our group on that boat.

The crew were excellent and fud all they could to make sure the trip was memorable. Phi Phi key was packed though and it was a bit of a circus getting to and from the beach. The swimming and snorkelling were great fun. Watch out for the pick up time email though, it’s sent the day before without any follow up to see if you’ve received it.

Sardines in a can

I did this trip 16 years ago and it was amazing. However, now you are squashed like sardines onto a boat (our boat's capacity was 47 and we were 48 people). It's not about your comfort or about the quality of the experience, it's all about quantity and money. It started off with a very bumpy trip out to Maya Bay (which we were not informed or warned about). Then you are hearded like sheep from one place to the next. The boat is over crowded so you constantly receive a smack in the face when someone turns and you have to sit with your belongings on your lap throughout the trip as there is no other space. The sites you visit are over crowded and not regulated. It's about the quality of the experience that will make a customer return and spread the word. Overall, the scenery is beautiful but the experience terrible.

Top many people in the speed boat (46) - no space for bags or even to move Lots of different providers offer this tour - but there is no schedule: all people arrive at the same time at the same places … And more or less very chaotical Furthermore : Generation Instagram does not fulfill legal requirements (e.g. Do Not Go Into the Ocean at Maya Beach / from *the Beach*) and posing everywhere instead of living in the moment (pictures are ok, but not occuring a „traffic jam“ in busy areas) Crew was nice - Nature amazing. Maybe better to take the early bird tour. And very expansive - in relation to the Adventure

Our tour guide polluted the beautiful Ocean with plastic and the buffet lunch proved was not up to par with our standards. White rice and fried chicken or spaghetti noodles with red sauce. I think there are probably better tours out there we wouldn’t recommend amazing canoeing

Both the tour guides, Bird and Thoy were absolutely incredible! Bird was such a ball of sunshine. And they took pictures for everyone, not just one each, but multiple pictures so we could get just the right one!

Our experience was very nice we had a great time. It was fun and all the island was very beautiful and we spent enough time time at every place. Guide was very nice to everyone. Only food was challenged for vegetarians but was ok. Otherwise trip was worth it.

Rough and long ride out

Although the islands are beautiful there should be a warning on length and roughness of the ride out. Over and hour on a speedboat that was loud and painfully rough. Do not attempt if you get motion sickness. Sadly a girl spent entire time throwing up. Lunch Buffett was cold spaghetti and cold rice. Fried chicken was ok.

Din was an absolutely wonderful guide, and we had a fabulous time exploring the different islands. Highly recommend you go by speedboat rather than big boat. You don’t have to be a swimmer to enjoy yourself, just comfortable enough to get in the water with a life jacket :) overall professional tour with everything taken care of. Great way to start off the trip

The islands are gorgeous and the staff was very nice. Just be aware that you are on the boat for a very long time. If you are prone to sea sickness I would not recommend this tour.
