I asked for a pick up at 630 pm. At 730pm I was still waiting and starting to panic because I had an hour and a half ride to the airport and still no pick up. I had to scramble to get a taxi and make it to the airport to catch my flight.

I requested (and had to repeat my request) a 4:00pm pick-up from the hotel, originally 5:00pm which I thought was cutting it a little fine. I received a message saying that as per my request, the pick-up time is now 4:00pm, how-ever, I don't think the message was passed on to the driver as he arrived at 4:30pm thinking he was early. The trip to the airport was good and I would still recommend pre-booking your pick-up as it can save a lot of hassle on the day.

airport transfer failed to turn up .had to wait over one hour for emergency help . was then accused on mobile phone of not being booked in. and then being accused of not making any payment for the airport return booking. I showed my booking documents to my hotel, who agreed that payment had been paid and after pressure said that airport return tranport would be provided. the return transport did arrive at the hotel late !!! . Never again !!!

Dear Sir/Madam, we have a dedicated Airport Representative at Airport to take care our arrival transfer, however you must provide us flight details, in case we do not have flight details we can not really pick you up, And even before providing flight details you should make a booking. As par your review it seems that we have got to pick you up. Right now due to Patong road is not functional we do face difficulty in reaching our client and transfer sometime getting delayed because of heavy traffic and road is being repaired from landslide. Still i will request you to send us your booking number and details if we may see our problem and if required can refund. regards
