Instructions for transfer and pickup at the airport were perfect, and worked out well. It was only a matter of a couple of minutes from the time I met the representative to the time I was in the car, and on my way to Patong Beach. We missed our names on the first exit from the terminal doors as both sides of the walkway were packed with tour companies, taxi firms etc. So we had to hunt down our taxi company amidst the throng of people.
