For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.

Transportation to Planet Hollywood Resort

I rode with Alejandro very nice man. We kept being told that he was on the way but it took a while for him to pick us up. We were on our way to cancel and take a cab but just as we got in the cab, Alejandro showed up. He was very pleasant. We sat in traffic for a while due to construction but he had the air conditioner pumped up high. Good ride!

No Refunds even though flight was cancelled due to weather

Communication with the provider was very good, but the end result was disappointing to say the least. We booked this transfer from the airport to the resort rather than wait for the bus etc. Our flight was scheduled to leave Calgary at 8:20am, arriving in Liberia at 4:00PM. When we woke up to get ready to go to the airport, we had a notification the flight was delayed until 12:00PM. Not a big deal. We got to the airport, checked in and were waiting for our new flight time, when, 30 minutes prior to the boarding time, we were all notified that our flight was cancelled due to no available crew - due to the weather. The flight was rescheduled to the following day. I contacted Viator and asked if they had availability to still take us one day later. They said they could but I had to book it again. After going back and forth with them, I learned they would not refund my original booking and would need to pay again. Viator told me they would only do a refund if the cancellation was due to weather - which it was, but they still would not provide a refund. Long story short, our flight got cancelled at the last minute due to weather, and we still could not get our money back, or even transfer it to the next day. Poor customer service, especially when the reason we couldn't make the original booking was the very reason they said they would give a refund.

Hello Denley ! Viator makes a case study and they determine if the refund should proceed or not. (not the company) We glady reschedule the service for the same day at 8:00PM as you request , we make our driver wait for you at the airport more than 7 hours and you cancelled for second time last minute and reschedule for the next day. Even that we offer you a net rate for the next day just to cover the gas and driver expenses and you refuse. We tried help even your airline cancelled due to no available crew and not due weather conditions as Viator determined. We are a company with more 30 years in Costa Rica tourist market , we hope that one day you can try our unique and special transportation service. Once again our most sincere apologies for the inconvenience with your airline.

The ride was nice. There were suppose to be snacks, water and beer on board. We asked about a nice cold beer and we got a water bottle. No snacks. Just beware if traveling with kids. My kids were starving and I assumed there would be a snack to munch on and there was nothing. Our driver was very pleasant. Found us right away at the airport.
