Make your way to Diamante Eco Adventure Park, located roughly an hour from Liberia or Tamarindo in Guanacaste Province. Then, have the day to explore the park at your own pace.
Fly down five dual ziplines alongside a friend or family member — including a superman-style flight and a line overlooking the Pacific Ocean — jump from a Tarzan swing, walk a hanging bridge over crocodiles, and hike and bike over a series of nature trails.
Calmer options include visiting a native animal sanctuary with rescue animals like jaguars and sloths, learning about Costa Rica’s biodiversity in a botanical garden and butterfly observatory, snorkeling and kayaking in the Pacific Ocean, and relaxing in hammocks on the beach.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The ziplining felt very safe and organized. The staff at the sanctuary were happy to spend as much time as you wanted talking to you about all the animals and answering all questions. I was very impressed.
I do recommend the all day Adventure Pass. It would have been disappointing to get here and then be restrictive to what is offered.
Don't think about it, just book it!

Excellent experience from start to finish! Ziplines were awesome. We added an ATV ride and Diego, our guide, was the absolute best. We were able to see monkeys up close, visit the beach and stopped by the Killing Tree. All in all an A+++++ experience!

Great trip! Our family with 4 teens did the Zipline run. We have ziplined before in other countries and this is the best by far! Very high, great variety, very safe. Structures are solid and high end. Beautiful sanctuary with exotic animals which were lively even in the afternoon heat. Well informed employees who take the time to teach you. Watched a few feedings. Crocs at fed only on Mondays at noon due to the way they digest food. Beautiful exhibits. Buffet was great even for picky eaters! Get the adventure pass...well worth it. You can add of another activity on site if you choose. We scheduled for zip at 11 but they took us early. Free lockers. Love how you can choose how you want to arrange your day. They provide shuttles every 30 mins (free) back and forth from the Riu resorts and also within the park to move you from one activity to another. Highly recommend!

What a fun day - from the moment our group of 12 (from ages 14 - 60) arrived, we hit the ground running with the amazing superman zipline run. All the staff made us feel welcomed and safe. Then on to the sanctuary which is beautifully done - with knowledgeable, friendly, engaged young staff there to greet us and vividly describe how they care for and interact with the animals, which have either been rescued from injury or taken from people who held them illegally. You can walk among the butterflies and toucans and get close to the sloths and monkeys. After a delicious lunch overlooking the ocean (and the ziplines) we ended our day with an ATV run on the beach.
If you're going to do 1 activity (zipline, or ATV, or horseback riding) you can arrive right when the park opens and spend the entire morning at the park doing the activity and walking around the sanctuary, then end with lunch (and recommend the zipline in the morning when it's clearest and not raining). If you want to get another activity in, like ATV or horseback, then plan for about 6 hours or more.
Well worth it!

The locations of all exhibits were centralized and easy to get to. I loved the interactions with staff who were friendly, knowledgeable, and readily available! Also the view from the lunch sun was amazing! The horseback riding trails down to the beaches are great for those who like riding!

Superman zip line was great. The zoo exhibits were good, especially the sloths, butterflies, and toucans. Breathtaking views from the clubhouse where they serve the buffet lunch (which was tasty BTW). If you're not that heavy, make sure they put some extra weights on you before doing the Superman line. We saw one person run out of momentum and they came up short of the finish! Note: The truck ride to the Superman launch at the top of the mountain was quite steep and a little rough at times so be mentally prepared for that too.

Super fun! Highly recommend the zip line! The tour guides were super nice and helpful! The shuttles around the area were convient. Do make sure to go early in the day if you have an adventure pass!

Exhilarating zip lines, informative cultural presentations, nice lunch with a view. By afternoon the animals were all sleeping. We spent 5.5 hours and could have used two more. the beach is pretty but not suitable for swimming. If you are short on time you might want to skip the beach as all of the area has gorgeous beaches. also note that if you are out of the free pick up area it could be another $145USD. I do recommend the full day pass
