The excursion was great but the snorkeling could have been better. Only seen one fish. But the staff was outstanding and the boat was very clean and all and all a great experience.
Confusing Registration and Bad Business

The registration process offers a selection for a pickup location. This is an error in the registration. An email is sent after completion of their form which indicates a meeting point. Not only was this misleading on behalf of the viator experience but also on the tour operator who refused to wait five minutes amidst the unclear instructions.

The trip was great. The crew was very, very accommodating and were very attentive. The trip actually went out of Coco Beach as opposed to Playa Hermosa. I was a little confused on that but it was a great day on the water. The boat was very clean and the food was very good.

Great trip! Even in the rain we had a blast! The secluded beach we stopped at was beautiful! The drinks were flowing and the crew made us very comfortable while aboard the ship!

This is a very large boat. They wait on you hand and foot and make sure you always have a drink on your hand offering many choices. The food was delicious and everything was awesome

Great boat and staff. Food and drinks were very good! We took a little boat to get to the Catamaran. We got to jump off the boat into the beautiful water. We also saw dolphins.

The boat ride was excellent, the staff were great, the quality was perfect, but it wasn’t a snorkeling trip. The reef is dead from bleaching. If it was OK, but an excellent quality ship and a fun boat ride.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Staff explained things we were seeing on the way out. The trip out was nice along with stopping in the cove for snorkling. The ride back was amazing with a fantastic sunset. It was our last day in Costa Rica and made for an enjoyable day to end our vacation. Would highly recommend it.

The crew was fantastic. They were helpful, friendly and lots of fun!! The scenery, especially the sunset was breathtaking!! The food was delicious; the drinks were yummy- it was all awesome!!!! We would highly recommend this tour- you won’t find a better crew. Great music and lots of fun in the sun for all ages!! Jumping off the boat and going for a swim is a must!!
Whale watching and snorkeling

Entire crew was amazing!! Thru kept us out at sea watching a humpback whale feeding and it was the most wonderful experience! They moved people astound as they manipulated the boat to keep the whale in view.
