We offer pick up service from almost all hotels. In the event that your hotel does not have a pick-up service, we will indicate the closest meeting point the afternoon before the tour by sending a message to your phone or a notification to the email address indicated in your reservation. For the Tulum Hotel Zone or Tulum Downtown the meeting point is the Super Aki Supermarket at 07:45 am. Tulum does not have a hotel pick-up service.

The water is breathtaking. Beautiful place and people. The tour guides were fantastic and extremely accommodating. Highly recommended for those who want to see and explore more of the native parts of Mexico.

Long Drive from Playa Del Carmen but an amazing experience

Host Toledo and Driver Javier were at the pick up spot on time. Long drive to Bacalar but we knew that gong in. A little cramped with other passengers in the van. However we arrived safely at our destinations in Bacalar which includes visits to Cenotes, breakfast and lunch included and a boat cruise. If you are undecided, let me help you. Bacalar is worth the visit. It's an all day trip from Cancun, Playa Del Carmen or Tulum, but the beauty of Bacalar is worth it. Toledo and Javier were great. They are tentative and helpful. Just a little cramped in the bus that was used.

Our tour guide and driver were on time with pick ups. They included the cenote azul which I wasn’t expecting! The entire tour was amazing and very informative. Breakfast and lunch was very generous. Chucho ( I believe that’s his name) was so helpful. He took care of our belongings and helped us the entire time. Thank you so much!

Chouette guide, magnifique excursion !!!! Le seul souci c’est qu’on a démarré de playa del Carmen et le trajet est super long (4h aller - 4h retour) , a part ça rien a dire.
