You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Great ride but beware!

Drinking and dancing on boat was so much fun. Employees were amazing.. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ON THIS EXCURSION!!!! Two bottles of meds. Used debit card. Pharmacy charged my card 700dollars! 7-11 charged me $24 bucks for two bags of chips. They are out to screw Americans!! The company that runs this excursion. I would not recommend. Miscommunication, they said they were at my hotel when they were not and told me that we weren't in the lobby waiting for them!! But luckily they came back around to pick us up. When in fact, I think they went to the wrong Hotel to get us, but they did not want to admit it.

We don't have anything to do with the shops or pharmacys in the Island, during the free time you are able to go wherever you want. Making us responsable does not make sense We are a company that does pick ups everyday, we know all the hotels locations and names, it's almost impossible for our guides and drivers to mistake a hotel The transportation arrived on time outside of the lobby as we instructed multiple times but no one was there, the transportation had to move on. You told us that you were waiting inside the lobby with your group sitting waiting and that was not the intruction we gave We managed to get the transportation back for you and told you to wait outside of the lobby, we even send photos of where to be but you deliberately ignored us and went to the highway entrance even when we told you not to do that multiple times Then when the transportation arrived you were not outside of the lobby but outside of the resort, you got mad because of your own mistake Reading and following instructions is important, we were cleared about everything from the beggining

Amazing time for an amazing value!

What an amazing value!! Picked us up at Playa del Carmen, took us to the dock and greeted us with continental breakfast. Boarded the boat and went straight to the snorkel area. Then went to isla mujeres where you can pet nurse sharks for an additional fee and had buffet lunch shortly after. We then went to the beach for about 3hrs and brought us back to Cancun then back to our hotel. The energy that the boat crew brought to hype up the crowd was great! They did an amazing job! The value for transportation and open bar for the whole day was worth it alone!

Cruise was fun and entertaining…. Safety was up most importance with this group. Took a little longer than most cruises for the music to kick up . It’s about 10-12hour long excursion (especially if you coming in from playa de carmen/ riviera Maya). I felt it was worth it though! You get over 2 hours in the afternoon after lunch to roam about I can’t recall the name where you dock but they have golf carts for rent shops and bars it was nice ! On the return back to Cancun is where the party really began absolutely the most Memorable for me! The crew is freaking amazing and I’d definitely recommend this tour! Bring along towel , tips.. no need to bring portable speaker you can’t use on board . Must sign waiver to snorkel age 12 and up! The sax and trombone player was amazing and a very nice touch to the return !! Unlimited alcohol no snacks on Board but the lunch buffet was absolutely delicious . There is professional photography on board and opps to take pics with a shark and other things! We all enjoyed

The boat ride was nice. Did not see much while we snorkeled. Because of the current, only 12 through 60 year olds were allowed to snorkel. The Isla Mujeres beach was too crowded.

We were excited to book this trip. We have not snorkeled since last year and booked this trip based on erring to snorkel in 2 spots. Well we only got to snorkel in one spot, there was no reef, and we were pressured the entire 25 minutes we were in the water to hurry up! If you take this excursion for a snorkeling event DON’T. If you want a trip to the island with loud music then this trip is for you. Only highlight of the trip was the beautiful cyan water.

Hello! This is not a snorkeling tour, this is a party catamaran that visit Isla Mujeres and does snorkel at Punta Sam Reef Reading is very important, all travelers must be aware of what the tour includes and what not. The snorkel took 45 minutes and the staff told your group that the time was limited, there was no "pressure" as you claimed, this tour is easy going and the staff is patience and attentive The tour visits the Punta Sam Reef for snorkeling and Playa Norte (north beach) but most people just swim at Playa Norte while enjoying the open bar The music, the party, the drinks, the snorkel and everything is displayed and advertised for everyone to see to avoid situations like yours In any case, thank you for sharing your experience

I will start with saying that the staff was very friendly and engaging. The tour itself just mediocre. There were 2 snorkel stops but the people not snorkeling were forced to just sit on the boat for about 45 minutes with no entertainment, drinks or food. I read the reviews before booking but I always take reviews with a grain of salt. The drinks from the bar were absolutely disgusting and watered down. The beach club stop was ok, did we need 2 hours there…no. Lastly, Isla Mujueres as well I did enjoy but again 2 hours there is over kill unless you plan to hang at the beach. We rented a golf cart for 6ppl for $110 and toured the entire island. Would I do it again, probably not.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us For the people that decided not to participate in the snorkeling the bar was available for them, the guide gave the instruction to everyone that the bar was opened and that you just had to get up since most of the staff were doing the activites and could not be attending tables (also, they are not waiters, they are guides that are way to friendly and servicial) This tour does not include any food in the boat, so there shouldn't be a reason for you to complain about something that wasn't part of it from the beggining It's imposible for the drinks to be watered down since there is no drinking water available on board. If you are refering to the mixes like sodas, cranberry juice or the juices, that is how drinks are made. You could have asked for the liquour only without mixes Thank you for your personal opinion

Loved the trip. Everyone on board was great. We were offered very great service only problem was the camera guy said he would give us a copy of our photos and never got them other than that everything was great. Great customer experience. But when u say u going to give us a picture u should. Other than that they are great. Positive employees were great. Negative. Person said he would email us some pictures and never did. This is why I do not give a full 5 star

Everything ran smoothly, from the shuttle pickup at our resort to getting on and off the boat at the different stops. I would recommend this to everyone, especially if you enjoy drinking, shopping, snorkeling, and cruising on a boat in beautiful blue water.
