Swimming in the cenote was awesome! Zip Lines were great too. Bring extra cash or a credit card to buy pictures at the end, as cameras and valuables are all locked up prior to the west excursion.

This was a fun Tour! The activities were great! Lunch was amazing and our Tour guides were fun, knowledgeable, and caring. My wife couldn't do everything because of a health condition but they took good care of her and made sure she got to everywhere she needed to. There was an incident on our tour--a plate glass door shattered Due to a freak gust of wind-glass covered my wife. However, they took great care of her and us. Making sure we were safe and got returned to our hotel when we couldn't complete the adventure. I would go back and do it again next time I'm here. Thank you for taking good care of us!!

Transfer was well organised. Tulum is alot better than many people say; we had a good guide and it's still pretty impressive. Zip lines and cenote all fun, you can sit out cenote if you're adverse to water.. my wife did and still had a good time. In short from playa del carmen a good day out with reasonable pickup and drop off times. Lunch could improve a little, but photo cost at zip lines is main reason for no more stars... it's the same as the cost of a single person 🤕

It’s a long day but you get a lot of great experiences. I would recommend wearing bike shorts you don’t care about getting wet and bringing another option to change into after. The harness for zip lines rubs against your thighs. Running shoes or water shoes are best. You’ll take them off when you do the water activities. You don’t really need a towels if it’s a nice day you’ll dry off between zip lines and water things. Overall guides were very knowledgeable and friendly! Very fun day

The tour was very exciting and adventurous. You can slide on different zip lines and dive in two beautiful caves. At the end of the trip you visit the ruins of Tulum. The guide tells the story well and is very knowledgeable. An important hint; bring mosquito spray!!! Important info for the ladies: Bring two pairs of shorts or similar. We made the mistake of not bringing any clothes for swimming and had to do the zip lines in a bikini. Since this is rather uncomfortable I advise you to bring clothes that can get wet for the zip line part and additional clothes for afterwards at the Tulum beach

Alan was very attentive and made the day fun. But, don't drink the water! Within 24 hours 4 out of 9 of us were confined to our rooms. Then another 3 dropped the next day.
