We will arrange the exact pickup time with you, pickups must be reconfirmed 24 hours before departure. This product is only valid for Hotels in Playa del Carmen or Playacar area On your arrival at the airport, you must proceed to immigration and then go to the baggage claim area. Make sure you get to the outside of the airport through the TOUR OPERATORS and AGENCIES exit. IMPORTANT: Please bear in mind that due to the specific state of the terrestrial infrastructures, your transfer service could last longer than estimated. Our staff will always be in uniform and have identification (white shirt, green waistcoat/vest with the Coming2 logo, and navy trousers) our assigned drivers They will have their names in an official list, both are solely responsible for providing the contracted service. Please refrain from contacting outside personnel to avoid interference and confusion with unauthorized transfers. Coming2 will not be responsible for services provided by third-party providers. Coming2 is not responsible for objects left in transport vehicles. Please always be attentive to your belongings. YOUR DEPARTURE TRANSFER NEEDS TO BE RECONFIRMED. The van had close to no ac, the third row had zero. I don’t know why I did a shared transfer but a 45 minute trip was over an hour and a half in a hot van with two stops before us. The vehicle smelled like a urinal cake too. Just heavily perfumed in a sweet/yucky scent. I booked a round trip but I’m canceling the return. I didn’t come here to drive around in 100° van with 600k km on the clock. The CUN pick up was stupid too. The agent told us to stand 5ft away from where we approached him, and vanished for 15 min. I asked another agency and they pointed me to their bay, shared with aircanada. Why did he not tell us to go wait there, since that’s where we found him?

The shuttle never showed up. Nor responded to my various attempts via email and phone call to verify my pick up time. Then they lied to Viator and said they were there when I filed a claim to be reimbursed because I had to pay for a taxi to take us to the airport. They are a sham! This company and Viator. Do not book anything through either of them. Even the resort we stayed at had never heard of them in Playa del Carmen, Mexico. Instead use Cancun Airport Transportation they are amazing!! I used them from airport to Cancun resort and then from resort in Cancun to playa del Carmen. I couldn’t figure out how to book them from playa del Carmen to airport or I would’ve used them and not got scammed like I did.

Received a message from the tour operator Coming2 48 hours before advising my pickup time. Although the time was 6 hours before my flight. As soon as I had WiFi and received the message I contact the company to ask for a later pick up time. Being that I had a 10 hour flight I did not want to sit at the airport for 5hours before. The company took 21 hours to respond to my message and said they could not provide a later pickup time. Which by this time was within less then 24hour of being able to cancel and get a full refund or make alternative agreements. I tried to call the tour operator, no answer. They don’t answer WhatsApp messages either. I therefore contacted Viator who requested a full refund from the company. I sent numerous messages trying to cancel the trip. However the company just don’t reply! I ended up getting a taxi to the airport as it was all very confusing if the company had got the message regarding the refund and had cancelled or not. The company then still sent the transfer and refused to refund my money. Viator has kindly processed a refund for me due to the lack of communication from Coming2. I have never experienced a transfer wanting to pick up so early. This situation made the end of my holiday very stressful. I also used this company on my arrival to Mexico which was also not a great experience. On arrival I was told I would have an hour to an hour and half wait for my transfer. Even though I had given my flight details and estimated arrival time. When booking I was not aware i would have to wait in line with everyone else until the next transfer that is going your way comes along. When I did finally get my transport the driver was driving so fast. I really would stay clear of booking with Coming2.

I recommend this company. After getting off plane and going through customs I was hoping it would be easy to find our ride to get to hotel. In an area crowded with people we easily found our company. The van was clean, air-conditioned and the driver brought us to our hotel; which was about 45 minutes away. Very professional.

The first rep (I believe Santana or Santos) was polite & helpful with informing me about the process. Angel was the best driver to my hotel! Transfer for pickup was a few minutes late but not a big deal. I left earlier enough to have plenty of time before my flight. Driver was great (can't remember if his name started w/Eu or U).

A family member who was arriving at the same time at the airport had his flight delayed. We emailed the company for options while we were in flight. No response. When we landed we sought out the representative for options. The family member was going to arrive in 1 hour. The options they gave were go now or lose our payment . We asked for coats for him to get a transfer in an hour. They quotes $120. (We paid 22 per person). We got a taxi for the other person at 1/2 the quote.

Follow the instructions given when you purchase the ticket. Very cost effective. Surprisingly enough, if you ask anyone one of the taxi drivers or shuttle drivers waiting outside, they'll tell you where your shuttle company usually waits. It seems like each shuttle company has an official designated spot that they stand and wait for arrivals. The driver wasn't there when I arrived but I was told what spot to wait for him and sure enough 5-10 min later he appeared with a sign that had my name. I dont know if tipping is common but I didn't have cash and the.driver seemed a little disappointed but it was fine.
