The boat itself was beautiful. We were greeted by a warm, friendly hostess and all the staff were helpful and courteous. Live music enhanced the evening, and the food presentation was excellent. I would recommend this dinner cruise to anyone visiting Prague.

Good trip but food could be better

Although the tour was really good with the boat trip through the river and all the magic nigth can bring, the food was not amazing. There are many other options to do the same route, cheaper and don’t need to expect much about the food

Not for anyone interested in having good food, good views, or comfortable ambience. But great music!

The mounds of horrible food and the people pushing to stuff themselves with it. The boat didn't move all that much. It was difficult to see the sights. The three piece band however was delightful.

Thoroughly enjoyable evening. Little disappointed that we had to pay for tap water which the boat claimed was bottled and clearly wasn’t. The drinks are rather expensive, that said the food was delicious and a lovely evening was had.

The service was bad and control of the serving buffet was nonexistent. A huge group is Asians jumped ahead of everyone and created chaos. The boat was parked for much of the time and then just sailed around in circles for an hour so the waiters had time to settle the bar bills.

My wife and I danced more than we have since COVID. The wait staffer was wonderful and the experience of going through a canal lock was intriguing. A magical evening.

This was so disappointing. The boat looked nothing like the pictures, we spent one of the three hours parked next to a stone wall and the food was not what we expected for the price. Not a great experience.

Nice way to spend an evening in Prague

I booked this for my mom's 80th birthday. I booked the deluxe package because the middle package wasn't available. The food was fine (buffet) and the red and white wine that was included with the deluxe package was quite good which was a very pleasant surprise. If I were to book again with friends or just my husband, I don't think I would pay for the deluxe as we aren't big drinkers, and in between eating, we preferred to be on the top deck of the boat which is open to everyone. My only complaint is we wanted more Prosecco instead of red or white wine, which was listed on the menu as all the same price but, they wouldn't include that in our package. You could get coffee for free but a cappuccino was extra. The staff were all super friendly.

The boat was very nice and the food was tasty. We took the Deluxe experience so we would have a nice view as we traveled the river. It was lovely. A few more options for beverages would have been appreciated. Perhaps some wines that were not of the dry variety, a lemonade or iced tea would have been nice and Coca-Cola, besides the Pepsi and Fanta Orange would have been good additions to the drink menu.

Great service, punctual, spacious, pleasant music and good food. Waiting staff made sure we were well served with drinks. Long wait to get through the lock but nice to be on the water, shame about the rain but clearly outside of the operators control. A very pleasant evening.

The food is really bad. Knowing it was a buffet, our expectations weren’t high, but nonetheless, the food was very disappointing. The service was friendly, but very infrequent, and the hostess who also helps the wait staff was noticeably unfriendly. The boat is nice and the boarding and seating process went well. The sights are great and the length of the trip is perfect.
