I challenge anybody to not be highly emotional on this tour, our guide was factual but respectful of the history & very passionate about the subject. We crammed a huge amount of information into a small time frame really. Absolutely fascinating & appalling all at the same time. I don’t feel as children when we learn about these things in school we can actually grasp the enormity of what went on until we can see it with you own eyes. Thank You for the excellent insight

Great tour
Eleonora_E, Sept 2023
I think the trip was informative. However, I wish there was more time to walk around and see the ground unguided.
It can happen again. We must be careful.
Dave_S, Sept 2023
I am old enough (76) that I have learned about the Holocaust since I was young. It is sad to realize the reality of this history and to realize the enormity of the tragedy and that each one of those persons was real, just like you and me.
Heartbreaking Experience but Necessary for Us
Joyce_B, Sept 2023
Understanding the sinister purposes of the Small Fortress (Gestapi prison, torture, execution) and the entire town of the Teresienstadt Jewish Camp-Ghetto (labor, transit, deportation to death camps). Poor conditions hastened the deaths of many (30,000 at the concentration camp alone). The horror of it all speaks loudly to the current day.
Somber day understanding history
BLYTHSM, Sept 2023
The day is a somber reminder of history. I thought the guide was ver robotic and was not interested in answering extra questions
Terezin eye opening
rrtinman4, Aug 2023
The conditions that these people lived under were atrocious. How some people could treat others so inhumanely was amazing to me. We must never forget what happened under the nazi’s or any other group that see’s others as sub human.

A harrowing experience, but well worth it (bar the tour guide)

A very interesting historic site with excellent museums. However, the tour itself felt rushed - it really needs at least a couple more hours. The tour guide was ok, as far as tour guides go. His narration was rather bland. The place is really worth exploring on your own. That said, if you don't have a car, it's a nice option to get to Terezin and back by a comfortable minibus
A must do trip when in Prague
Douglas_W, Aug 2023
Great experience throughout..Booking on line, to picking our tickets up at the booth, the friendliest of driver, to the lovely Guide, who was so knowledgeable, could have listen to her all day...Not one bad word could be said about the whole experience.
Not to be forgotten

Interesting and definitely a must but little disappointed with the way it was organized. Tour guide at camp was really great, guide on tour didn’t feel engaged. Content of tour was really interesting and informative. Overall, glad we did it.
Sober experience.
Rick_J, Aug 2023
This was a very good tour, Helen was full of great information and Joseph did a wonderful job driving us about. It was a very sober experience. The only thing is there wasn't sufficient time at the end for the museum.
Memorable trip.

A memorable trip to Terezin, one that I will never forget. Pick up was easy to find and on time. The guide was very good and very informative. Nothing was to much trouble, although our mini bus driver could do with some lessons on how to deal with the public. Went off on one when someone tried to sit on the seat behind him. There's ways to talk to the public.
Best tour, best guide, don’t miss it
Gabrielle_C, July 2023
The tour was so comprehensive and our guide was very passionate. He tirelessly and enthusiastically imparted so much knowledge of this important era over the 5 hours. Thank you.
Half day going back in history
Alison_W, July 2023
We did a half day tour which was fantastic but I feel there are so many locations a full day may have been better. Both Helen and Rosa provided so much information on the history of the camp. This is a very interesting trip but but also very sad. I would highly recommend it.
Moving day trip from Prague
Mark_G, July 2023
Conditions that people lived though and how one set of humans can subject such cruelty, , pain and suffering onto others.
Outstanding and significant experience
Judy_O, July 2023
Comfortable ride, super guide - incredibly informative and engaging. More than we expected and so worth this moving and significant experience.
Not for people who have difficulty walking
Lisa_S, July 2023
Terezin was very interesting! The description of the tour should include if you have trouble walking, this isn’t the tour for you. Our tour guide wasn’t aware that she didn’t have all tour members with her. She started talking and some older people weren’t there yet. She walked very rapidly. One tour member didn’t go on the tour when we got in there. They were very demanding that we only had one hour. That person didn’t want to slow everybody down. It’s a shame, because they missed out & paid the same price we all did. They embarrassed that person. Rosa (Terezin guide) was extremely rude and disrespectful!
Terezin Ghetto
MICHAEL_B, July 2023
This was a your which took in various aspects of history. To have time to reflect on the past and remember the lives of those who were living here. The individual stories of those within Terezin was enlightening and heartbreaking.
Lest we forget
SUSAN_N, July 2023
This was never going to be a fun day out. It was emotional, shocking, horrific. It was well organised, and the guides were well informed and interesting
Terezinstadt-A Ghost Town
Erkin_S, July 2023
Very good tour with an excellent guide. Our guide was really good. We had the chance of examining the camp and some of the stories of the prisoners in details. This tour is a good option if you are interested in the history of world war 2 and the concentration camps.
Well worth a visit
Sharon_J, July 2023
Very interesting trip and very informative. We visited the Terezin camp, the ghetto and the Jewish cemetery. It was very sad but very informative and well worth a visit.
