Great experience cooking with Willy and his abuela in a beautiful farm setting. We learned how to mole rojo and tamales.
Food with a lot of heart

After a little bit of a rocky start ( my trip was rescheduled twice) I finally made it to Wendy's family. They're beautiful people who really helped me learn the techniques of Mexican cooking. They're honest and hard-working and giving. The food was amazing. And the environment was one of a kind. Definitely recommend
