Poor communication over transportation.

Very poor communication over transportation. Last minute had to walk 15 minutes to a pick up. Had to find tour operator myself for ride.

This was a fantastic excursion!! We booked it ahead of departing for our trip (which had its pros and cons, if we’d waited we could have gotten more for less through the resort) but we decided to stick with this one and we’re blown away! We woke up sick on the day we were supposed to go and they allowed us to change days 20 minutes before our pickup time! The waterfalls themselves were great, as were the stops at the shops and coffee/chocolate producer!

Elvis, our tour coordinator and his son provided an outstanding excursion. They provided personal photographs and videos to capture every moment. A great Caribbean meal with Rum and Coke. A stop at a local gift shop that offered unique products made by local people along with learning how cigars are made. The only thing that was a little confusing was finding Elvis and his van. Once off the ship, we had to ask many people where we could find our tour guide. We needed to walk off the property of Carnival, which was secure and gated. Once we were along the road behind Carnival's property, we found Elvis waiting for us holding a sign with our name. This tour offered so much more than booking the same excursion through Carnival. Personal attention with a private tour. Thank you, Elvis, for a fantastic experience in the beautiful Dominican Republic.
