This was the one of the best ATV experiences I've had!!! The rain made the adventure even better! The tour guides were great, knowledgeable, and very experienced in covering every terrain possible. I will definitely book another tour upon my return to the Dominican Republic!!!

It was the best experience. We rode for roughly 2 to 2 1/2 hours. We saw amazing scenery like rivers, beaches and farmlands. Pro tip bring something to cover your mouth and/or face. The dust and dirt will blow in your face. Wear some sort of eye protection, glasses did not help me or my companions, so you might want to use goggles. Other than that you do not have to be experienced, but if you need someone to take over for you they have extra personnel on the ride.

The staff were nice and attentive. The brochure makes the tour look fun and exciting.we thought we would tour the beach and other beautiful areas on the island but we only toured the local neighborhoods. Most of the tour was in the woods,and neighborhoods and we were suppose to zip line and we didn't do that as mentioned. So we wouldn't go back. It's was our first time.

A short time ago we’ve updated our ATV description, as we upgraded our 250cc ATV’s to more modern 300cc ATV’s. When doing that, Viator’s/TripAdvisor’s quality content team checked and re-wrote the tour descriptions published by us. Unfortunately, the quality content team did not involve us in that process and did not verify the content with us before publishing it. The actual tour description created by us for the ATV Adventure is: “After picking you up, we will drive to Country World Adventure Park. After the meet and greet at our country house bar, we will introduce you to your ATV Four-Wheeler. They are very comfortable Quads for one (1) or two (2) passengers. Driving off-road you will get in deep touch with the Dominican countryside, the nature, and the daily life of the inhabitants. Experience this adventure in a unique way. This is not your regular dust road tour! The actual ATV driving duration is 1:30h approx.. Back to the Ranch, don't miss out on our Pool Zip Line. The only way to finish is taking the plunge into the swimming pool. Still up for more? Join us for a walk through our tropical garden to learn about exotic plants and animals.” However, the content team re-wrote it with misleading and incorrect information (like mentioning that zip lines are included, when only a pool zip line is part of this excursion and mentioned in our description): “Enjoy a half-day visit to Country World Adventure Park during this small-group excursion, which includes a four-wheeler tour. The hospitality was amazing but the ATV adventure was only 90 minutes not 3-4 hours as advertised and we did not go to the beach which was something we were looking forward too. Maybe the tour is different daily and we just went on an off day? Not sure but everyone was very nice.

When booking an excursion through Viator/TripAdvisor you are provided with important information like, overview, what's included and excluded and what to expect on this tour. It clearly says under "What to expect" that the actual ATV driving duration is 1:30h approx.. The overall tour duration with round trip transportation and if you choose to jump into the pool or visit the garden is 3-4 hours. Please note that we do not advertise any beach ATV tours anywhere. Maybe you've read a tour description from another ATV tour provider and thought that all tours go along the same paths. We're sorry that this tour was not what you have expected but it seems unfair receiving a 3 star review even though all correct information was provided upfront before you booked this tour.

Harder than it looks but fun!

This was our first time on ATV’s and bc I prone to being clumsy I had to really pay attention when driving. Our guide explained the features and gave us a practice run. It was really fun, I felt like we were going to tip over a few times but thank God we didn’t! Our teens enjoyed it truly was fun! One other thing we didn’t get muddy like I thought.

This experience was not only the best excursion I've ever been on, it was the highlight of our entire trip, I kid you not!! The sights you will see while riding the ATVs will be unparalleled if you are looking to see more than just the port when visiting. ATVs were powerful and in excellent condition. The guides and owner could not have been more kind and welcoming. We absolutely loved our guides, they were very cool and made sure we were having a blast while riding. I would give this place 10 stars if I could. My wife and I will remember this for the rest of our lives!! Trust me - you will not regret booking this. Thank you so much for such an amazing day.

I tried uploading pictures but it would not allow me to. We had the best time riding doubles and singles. It allowed you to see a lot of every day life in the Dominican and the landscape while having quite the adventure I highly recommend it. The company was prompt, professional, and kind. They picked us up at our cruise port and brought us back at the time we had hoped.

Best experience ever. Me and my friends had a great time. The host was great . Place wasn’t too far from hotel . So many activities to choose from . We did ATV which was very much fun and was a good duration of time . Our guides were VERY VERY attentive. No one feels left out . Lunch was phenomenal. Very much recommended. I definitely will be back.
