    Gets you to some beautiful spots, but others might do it cheaper and better

    While this tour does get you to some places you can't get to without a private boat, all the add-on costs that weren't originally explained left a bad taste in our mouths. We enjoyed the boat (though it was a very rough day to go out), and the snorkling (they did not provide fins), but most folks were exhausted before the last stop and the guides might have wanted to just take a poll to see if anybody was interested in the last stop, that was yet another place to just spend money at local beach bars. Might be better to go stay on Phi Phi for a few days and get a private boat to take you where you want to go and snorkel. Scuba and long boat were additional costs, as were the water shoes (which they made it seem like you really needed to have)

    We were picked up from our hotel and headed off to Phuket Town to the docks. The day was great, sun shining and the water warm and pretty calm. The islands were great as well as the snorkeling. Bom was our main host and her was informative as well as funny, the boat captain did a great job in getting us there and back safely, and it was amazing how well he positioned the boat in places we thought it would not fit.

    Magical beaches, islands, lagoons and cliffs. heaven on earth landscapes. Horribly busy/ loud with boat tours on Phi Phi

    Worth the trip because of being able to see the beautiful islands of Phi Phi but so glad that we stayed in Phuket and not in Phi Phi. Horrible all those loud boats and engines, no space on the beach, only boats and boats and boats. Way too many tourists alowed to visit Phi Phi daily and the noisy boats on the lagoon... such a beautiful place on earth and the humans spoilt it with acoustic pollution and touristic invasion. Anyway, to snorkel after monkey beach just for a few of the people on the boat that were interested was great and peaceful. The view and swim by the lagoon was magical except for the amount of loud boats and the beach of the movie the beach is like heaven on earth. Happy to see that there there were restrictions and people could not swim or spend the day on "the beach", just short walk and photos. This keeps somehow the peaceful spirit and magic of the place.

    Phi Phi Island speedboat thumbs down to one person that ruined it for the company!!!

    The Island themselves are incredible! The primary tour guide was great other then the nickle and dime for everything! The speedboat ride is not so fun and recommended a different type! Too long to be on a speedboat! The assistant tourguide Rose was rude the entire time! I asked her a question and she put her hand up to my face and blew me off and shut me up as if I were a kid! She excluded me from pictures she took of couples and individuals during the tour! I canceled my James Bond tour today so I don't have to even deal with this type of behavior!! Many people were complaining about her rudeness! If you can pay a little more and go through a different company and a better boat ride!!

    The company itself has more/less standard offer and all of companies share the same modus operandi. The biggest issue is the number of companies that are doing the same tour. In other words for 50$/person you get a whole day. But with 40 people on boat made for 30. 20mins of Maya bay and 1hr waiting to get back to boat. Absolutely no monkeys on monkey beach. And Phi Phi Don is ruined on every corner with places offering Italian food and places like Burger King..... my suggestion; go to Similan Islands.. Phi Phi is probably better in summer period. We hade couple of trips in Phuket and this was worst. If you have small kids - avoid!!!!

    Our tour guide for team blue "yoyo" was amazing! We had kids and a group of 10 and although we shared the boat, she looked us for us due to small kids and went extra mile. It was an absolute blast and amazing experience. Recommend you bring THT money for extras. Additionally, for lunch recommend, the lunch spot bring more non spicy dishes esp for families with kids. Kids cant eat spicy.

    Take the sickness tablets offered! The speed boat is fast and choppy. But we had a good time.. it’s a long day. Our host was very entertaining. Thank you 🙏🏼 PS you don’t need to buy the sea shoe told to buy cheaper on the road before you go.

    Beautiful islands but worst company, avoid booking with them

    The islands were beautiful, clear water, amazing views everywhere you look. They were the only highlight of this tour, everything else was a disaster. If you’re reading this review, definitely go to Phi Phi island, however, book with a different company. They were disorganized, we left the pier with a group of people and left the first island with an additional 8 people. There was barely any room for the people who left the pier on the boat (packed like sardines). What was supposed to be a 7-8 hours trip, needed up being a 12 hours trip. Bathrooms at the pier are disgusting, food was meh. Avoid this company at all cost. I only went with them because my friend had booked her ticket with them. I had a different excursion with SeaStar the day before and it was 5 star all around, if you want to go to phi phi and have a pleasant experience all around book with them instead.

    Beautiful islands, disorganized tour group

    The islands were amazing. A must see in person. It was like a fairytale. The reason I gave three stars is because of the chaotic way the tour team got everyone to their boats. It was super packed already, then they added additional people later in the trip. Everyone had to squeeze in and be on top of each other. They seemed disorganized. Again, the islands made the trip worth it at the end.

    Crowned boat . Long time to organise until leaving . Very beautiful places on the islands but visiting in a rush . Every stop in a rush . I guess is kind of logic because if all the tourists would stay long time it would be even more crowded that it already is. 12 h trip and actually enjoyed maybe 2. I haven’t tried more expensive tours to say if the experience is better.but i guess there are “hidden spots” where they can take you so you can have a bit of privacy.Unfortunately thailand chooses quantity over quality. The team was quite entertaining.

    Great tour with amazing guides

    We had a wonderful day with a few small bumps along the way. The driver will pick you up and drop you off at a central point where all the groups leaving that day are meeting up. Here you pay the park fee and get a colored wrist band that determines your group. You get your breakfast here and can buy the water shoes or extra clothing however this is not necessary. It's busy and chaotic here, but soon you'll split up in your groups and you'll be able to leave this behind and leave with your speed boat. The boat is also a bit busy, but we had plenty of space for ourselves. From here on all the places to visit are amazing. You stop at several islands, of course these are tourist spots so don't expect to have an entire lagoon by yourself. Keep that in mind and you'll be alright. Our main issue was with some of the other tourists that were very disrespectful, being 15 minutes late at every meeting point, not sitting down when they're supposed to, never listening to the guide, etc... This brings me to the guides. They were absolutely the best part of the trip. Super friendly and so patient with the other guests (where even I was already losing my patience.) We had the female guide and especially Tia, the younger girl , was so friendly and really made sure we got everything we needed like drinks or photo opportunities. She was amazing. We loved her so much. If you go on this trip just be friendly and respectful and the guides will appreciate that and make your time there so much better.

    Not the right choice for me but could be for others

    A good variety of different locations and the water was amazing. Lots of opportunities for short swims. Lunch was good and got to explore Phi Phi Island on our own for a little bit. We paid extra for the longboat which didn’t seem very worth it. Cut into swimming time a lot if you are with a bunch of people that love posing so if you really want to take lots of pictures, splurge for the private boat to be more considerate of others. Boat was great and comfortable. Crew was very nice. My main complaint is that the water being offered on board was in small plastic cups with a plastic cover and small plastic straws. Some guests would literally take a sip and throw away all that plastic. Considering we are touring a beautiful piece of ocean paradise, I wish the tour had been more considerate of their choice of containers for the water. It was heartbreaking to see all that plastic and then plastic from other trash floating in the water/beach. The last island location was only 10min from the pier and we spent the most time there. It was very busy and felt like a party island that we had been dropped off at to drink and spend money. I wish we had had more time swimming or on Phi Phi Island. Overall I think this tour was not the right choice for me but other people will likely enjoy it. If you like to take pictures for IG and party.

    Great day! The tour guide was brilliant, he really made the tour. I would highly recommend. Just be prepared for all the add ons, every where we stopped they were always selling something. Longboat ride, scuba driving, hiring JetSki’s. Just stick to the itinerary, we would selected a tour with that included if that’s what we wanted. Also they filled the boat completely full for the run home, which was really uncomfortable.
