The forest comes alive at night, with different birds and animals roaming than in the day. Even if you’ve taken a day tour of Monteverde, a night walking tour is a must-do. With the help of your guide, listen out for frogs, bats, insects, and other nocturnal animals. Fantastic Night in the Woods

Eduardo was an amazing guide. I have never me anyone who can spot insects like he can--and I'm an entomologist! We saw absolutely every little critter I had wanted to see in Costa Rica.
