      Had a great experience traveling from the airport to fiesta resort the shuttle bus was clean and was given a personal car just for me and my son.

      Did not show up to pick me up from the airport in the early am. Please refund my full faire as I did not get the service at all

      You had a 9 hours delay which due our cancelation policy we couldn’t refund you so when you booked you already knew that, I tried to be helpful offering you another driver for the mid night arrival you had you did not respond, please share the delays of your review cuz it’s not fair you are blaming us, I’m sorry you had flight issues but 2 hours advise of such a change (9 hours pick up time change) it’s more reasonable since I had your driver ready for you at 4pm not taking services in our busy season in Costa Rica.
