What an amazing experience! The tour, guide, everything not only met but definitely exceeded my expectations! Would definitely recommend!
    Great experience!

This was a wonderful and unexpected tour. It isn't a plantation it's a natural growing environment that the staff takes great pride in down to hand pollinating vanilla plants. We learned a great deal about chocolate and it's history in costa rica. The transportation was easy, the guide was patient and was open to all of our questions. One of the best tours I've done in costa rica so far.
    Yum, yum!

What a truly exceptional experience!! The small sized tour group made the experience more personal. The guide, was one of the actual owners of the farm! We got to learn about the cacao plant and the vanilla plant, watch production, and taste chocolate in all of its stages. We drank the "drink of the gods" -- amazing -- and also tried two different preparations of coffee. I would recommend to ANYONE in the Manuel Antonio area!
    Amazing tour!

    Don’t miss the chocolate tour!

Juan, our guide was extremely knowledgeable about plants in general and chocolate specifically. After touring the plantation he prepared us traditional Aztec hot chocolate, a coffee drink, a wonderful mango snack with liquid chocolate and spices, and a tiny cocktail with CaCique, ginger and sugar cane syrup.
    Tasty and informative

We had a great time on this tour. They were super knowledgeable and shared so much information. It was nice that our guide did not have a speech to read but really made the experience personal like a conversation. We also enjoyed the treats they shared and learning about coffee cacao and so many other plants both the culture and history.
    Awesome tour.

This is a must do tour! It was fun, informative, and wonderful to walk along the farm and taste the different chocolate samples, coffee, and sugarcane drinks. Guide Juan was excellent at explaining the process and making the samples. We were picked up and dropped off at our hotel in a comfortable air conditioned van by Brian, super nice and great driver. Muchas gracias Brian and Juan!
    Wonderful tour!

I had this tour on November 27th with my husband. Juan was our tour guide . Pick was included and we had pick up right on time. It took us like 20 minutes to reach the farm from manuel antonio beach. Juan was very knowledgeable about all the plants in farm and gave us overload of information about cacao and coffee. He also showed us the whole process to make xocoatl (original word for chocolate) right from the bean to final drink. He also made us agua de sapo in front of us. I loved the whole experience, learned a lot and had some fun drinks as well. I would definitely recommend this .
    Fun, educational experience!
