You are the worst customer ever possible. First of all, when you booked your transfer you were very pushy seeking to pay much less for the service. We told you that it wasn't possible. Your story is all a lie, the driver never stops at least if the clients need to go to the bathroom or upon their personal request. About your luggage, this is completely ridiculous. You don't even know who really ripped it.
By the way. You were so pushy to the end of everything and even wrote threatening us with a bad review. You contacted your bank demanding your money back. When your bank contacted us we though this was so crazy. However we told the bank to issue your refund. Yes, you had this service for free. That's what you wanted!
