    Prompt and comfortable ride!

We had a great experience getting from San Jose airport to Quepos/Manuel Antonio and back to airport a week later. Our driver was prompt and stopped appropriately and even when we asked. Thank you for the service. Worked out really well for our family!
    Great driver, plenty of room

Our driver was very nice and got us safely to San Jose with a stop at the crocodile river. There was plenty of room for the four of us and all of our luggage, the interior AC was nice too.
    Awkward ride

Booked the trip to pick up at the hotel at 7am. Got a response confirmation saying we'd be picked up at 7:30am and needed our details for Manuel Antonio park passes. I responded back we needed to be picked up at 7am to make our 10am Covid test at the airport and didn't know why they were asking about the passes as we only wanted the airport transfer. Received a response the message back saying previous message was a mistake and they would pick us up at 6:30am to make our Covid test. I responded back that we wanted to be picked up at 7am instead (so we could have breakfast at our hotel). We got picked up in time, the driver was at the hotel at 6:58am and we were ready to leave. About an hour into the drive the driver pulled over and said he was going to get a coffee and it would be 5-10 mins. We waited in the van and after 20 mins got anxious and got out and saw him eating breakfast with a friend and asked if we could go. He said 2 minutes and then got back into the can. He apologized and we did it was OK. We did make it to the airport a few mins before our 10am Covid test and we're happy to be on time. The driver unloaded our luggage and we waited there for the shuttle to the COvid test. It was then that I realized the driver had broken my suitcase ripping the handle from the top. I'm sure it was an accident, but luggage is expensive and I will have to get a new suitcase. The trip was about $189 and not worth the cost or the stressful experience.

Hello Candace, You are the worst customer ever possible. First of all, when you booked your transfer you were very pushy seeking to pay much less for the service. We told you that it wasn't possible. Your story is all a lie, the driver never stops at least if the clients need to go to the bathroom or upon their personal request. About your luggage, this is completely ridiculous. You don't even know who really ripped it. By the way. You were so pushy to the end of everything and even wrote threatening us with a bad review. You contacted your bank demanding your money back. When your bank contacted us we though this was so crazy. However we told the bank to issue your refund. Yes, you had this service for free. That's what you wanted! Clients like you are the ones who make the world's economy more poor. Mario Brenes
    Driver was safe but...

Driver was safe but traveled at a good speed. Got to the airport just as planned. Driver made one stop for us to use the restroom which was great.
    Great Service

We booked this for transfer from our last accommodation [in Manuel Antonio] to San Jose airport. I requested an early morning pick up to give us ample time to arrive for our late afternoon flight and it was perfect! Eugenio was a fantastic and professional driver. He arrived on time, and accommodated all our requests. Aside from restroom breaks, he stopped for us to see Jaco beach, have lunch at a local eatery, and shop for souvenirs —many things we wanted to do on our last day. The van was clean and air-conditioned. Cold water bottles were provided. Private transfer is the way to go. Thank you for everything, Eugenio!
