Highly recommend the sunset sail! Probably one of the best experiences we have had so far in this location. Our guide Minor was incredibly kind and fun! The dinner, snacks and drinks were all delicious and did not disappoint!!! Awesome experience, highly recommend.

BEST tour i’ve been on this whole trip. the boat tour in the morning was just absolutely breathtaking, and by far the best tour we have done.
we had around 3 hours on the boat i think, touring around the stunning coast of quepos seeing brown footed boobies flying over the boat, and even a mother humpback whale and her calf which was an incredible sight.
the snorkeling was insane too, they provide all the equipment including flippers and take us to a fish infused paradise, i have never swam with fish before and it was amazing.
lunch is included which was fish with veg and rice and unlimited drinks all day.
absolutely incredible trip, 10/10 recommend. definitely book this if you book anything while you are in Manuel Antonio

Excellent staff, drinks were great, the food was delicious, and jumping off of the top of the slide into the water was so much fun. Our host went snorkeling with us and he wasn’t kidding when he said the fish know him! An entire school followed him around so we could watch them.

We had an amazing tour! The crew was wonderful, fun, and informative. Our family enjoyed being on their well equipped catamaran, loved the slide, lunch, drinks and sailing. Seeing Manuel Antonio from the ocean was beautiful. Great tour for families or anyone who wants to have fun.

We had an awesome time on this adventure! The crew was extremely kind and accommodating. They constantly were making sure we were having the best possible time. Water was beautiful, and drinks,snacks, and lunch were delicious. Highly recommend this tour!

The snorkeling, slide and lunch. The crew was amazing . We loved how it was children friendly. And no matter what we always felt relaxed

Did not live up to our expectations. 1. The open bar consisted of only a very cheap/gross rum that could be mixed with a handful of mixers. 2. The snorkeling area they brought us to was extremely cloudy and you could see a few fish but definitely not dozens of species of fish, dolphins, turtles etc. 3. The food provided was very bland and almost tasted microwaved.
If all of this wasnt bad enough they brought us back very early as a 2 guests were not feeling well so all 25 guests were back to the dock by 4:30 which is where they gave us the diner. They kept saying not to rush but also said to be to the van in 15 minutes to be transported back. The "sunset" sails tour ended about an hour before the actual sunset.
Underwhelming snorkeling and water encounter experience

Let me start off by saying that the crew is incredible.. they are such lovely and lively people who were a pleasure to be around with. Even the food was delicious but that’s not why we signed up for this excursion…
Now, the downside is that while we did see some beautiful scenery, there is only about 45 mins of swimming. The further downside is that “snorkeling” was just some fish that you could hardly see beneath the water.. I expected more lava rock (as mentioned to me upon setting up the reservation) and many more fish. Even for a beginner level snorkel, this was extremely underwhelming. The crew has slides and some diving set up, but the intention of the excursion was to snorkel and see wildlife and we saw almost nothing.
There was 13 of us, and all of us felt similarly, which is why this review is relevant. Maybe there is clearer water on the Caribbean side but the pacific side was underwhelming. It wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t great.

Such a fun experience with uncle minor as our guide! Definitely recommend booking this boat tour, even if you see no whales/dolphins etc it’s still very worth it to just hangout on a boat for a few hours & eat a delicious meal!

The crew were very friendly and picked us up on time. The food for lunch was great and we were offered plenty of drinks. We was a enjoyable time snorkeling and did see several small fish. I also enjoyed going down the water slide on the back of the boat. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphins or whales because of the time of year. Just a side note, this may not be good for people who are looking for advanced snorkeling as you have to keep a life preserve on at all times and are kept to a very small area.
