Guide was a No-Show

I do not typically share poor reviews because I believe all experiences have positive aspects. However, this tour was scheduled for our final full day of vacation and the tour guide never showed up, we sent three messages to the company and never received a reply. After waiting at the meeting spot for over an hour, we requested a refund which the company issued without question. It's unfortunate because we were really looking forward to this tour.
