I grew up in Newport so for the guide to know the history so well brought back so many memories. The ride was excellent as she interacted with my husband and I( we were the only 2 on this tour)as if we were friends riding thru the city. My husband who has never been to Newport really enjoyed himself

The tour was unique and interesting! So many sights and historic places to learn about. Ocean drive was such a beautiful place to drive through. The tour guide was super knowledgeable and attentive. Newport has many historic places and our experience was without a doubt very positive! The whole family enjoyed it, so much to see and do! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

Though the driver was very nice, we’ve been on other tours in Newport where the guides had to take special courses to be a tour guide. Very knowledgeable, lively and funny for everyone including the kids. Therefore exceeding our expectations in all things Newport. This driver had not taken any classes or courses. And it showed. Very lack luster performance. Basically we were all pretty bored. Would not book with Viator Newport’s Famous Scenic Trolley Tour again.

Disappointed the tour guide didn't give more information. Very, very limited and not entertaining at all. Questions were asked that she didn't hear which is understandable, but not engaging at all. We do tours in every town we visit and disappointed since not only did I pay, I treated my friends as well. This was supposed to be the highlight of our visit to Newport.

Lori was knowledgeable and very sweet. She went out of her way to give us a great tour. We felt very comfortable with her driving. We were very comfortable in the van. She was able to get closer up to some of the sights.

Interesting, but I wish you could actually see more. It was a quick drive by of everything. I think I wouldn’t do it again. I would just explore on my own.

Thank you. We try to fit in as much as possible in 90 minutes, sometimes we have to move fast so as not hold traffic at certain parts of the town.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The smell of gas inside the trolley made both my friend and I feel sick. We could not wait to get off the trolley.

Thank you for the feedback. I waited and tested the Trolley 3 times before responding to this email; there are no significant smell coming from inside the Trolley. Each Trolley is State inspected for Safety & Emissions.

Trolley Excursion with Narrative Driver

Lady driver narrator was excellent with safe driving and clear audio presentation Thats the good The bad….trolley seats are very hard and not alot of leg room Going over speed bumps or thru pot holes your butt will bottom out due to the lack of good spring and suspension….. Tour lasted almost 2 full hours ans was on time Highly recommend for a good overview of newport
