Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Luiz and Daniela speaks well in English and were able to discuss the process thus making you feel confident you’re in good hands. They follow safety protocols before flying. Luiz was the pilot, and during the flight he gave a little tour guiding and tips, makes sure you’re comfortable, and took great videos and photos. Daniela took great pictures and videos too from her phone while I was up flying and share it with me. She even taught me how to use the Insta360 app! These two love their job and it shows! So the activity was more FUN than expected. It made me love Rio more! Thank you both and I'll see you around.

Daniela and Luis were great! Their energy and smiles were infectious. They messaged us the day before to see if we could come earlier because it was going to be cloudy in the afternoon. The process was smooth and we left with a pretty cool experience and videos of it.

I had a limited window of time with which to do this. The appointed day ended up being a wash because the wind wasn't good. Daniela was kind enough to reach out to me every day I was in town to give me a weather report and let me know time options that work for her team for my to fly. Finally on the last possible time that would work, I was able to get my flight in. IT WAS INCREDIBLE! My pilot had 40+ years of experience, we rode 'thermals' and did some tricks, got incredible footage, and felt safe throughout.
