Worst Start Ever....Never Again!!

This excursion started off terribly!!! The greeter that was supposed to meet us with our names held everything else but our names. She was literally on the phone the entire time. There was no vehicle and she kept having us walk back and forth. We waited over an hour before we finally walked to another location where there was a vehicle waiting on us. I was so upset that I was ready to go back on the ship! The first stop was the Sloth hangout. She just dropped us all off and didn't give any instructions. Finally my husband and I and the other people just tagged along for a tour. Mind you, she is still on the phone. Anyways, we finally made it to the buggy and that was fun! Lastly, the beach was okay. The tour guide promised everyone a free drink on the beach to make up for their lack of organization and pretty much just wasting our time. Once everyone got what they thought was a free drink, she comes later asking for twenty dollars per person. I don't drink and my husband just got me the drink cause he thought it was free. Anyhow she ended up collecting forty dollars from us and sixty dollars from the other guys. This excursion was terrible from the beginning. I do not recommend booking with this company at all. I felt like this was some dude trying to make money and using random people as tour guides. BTW, our tour guide said she was called that morning to run the tour for them. Shameful!!!

Seeing the monkeys and holding the sloth was a highlight for me! Ibis did a great job and can tell she loves and is proud of her country.

These guys absolutely nailed this event. The equipment worked well, the scenery was beautiful, the location top-notch. Raining, mud, ATVs in the jungle...what a combination. All of this pales in comparison to the staff. A special shout out to Big Honey, Little Honey, and Chicken Legs!! I’m sure that all of the staff is great, but these guys went above and beyond. Make sure to ask for them when you get there!
