    Fun but disorganized.

    It was a little disorganized but the driver was nice and monkeys/ sloths as well as chocolate/rum factory were fun. Beach was beautiful!

    The staff was knowledgeable and made sure we felt safe when handling the animals. The information on the use of the various vegetation was helpful as I am in to natural foods and medicine.

    This was a great tour, except that we didn’t get to the beach. Our driver took us at 11 am to the beach and it was full. This should be reserved for us. She tried calling another place and they were full too. We said to just bring us back to the ship (1.5 hrs) earlier than expected. A partial refund would be appreciated since we didn’t get all we paid for. Tour guide was awesome!!

    10/10 recommend this tour. Was our favorite out of them all. Sloth and monkeys were so much fun, we were accommodated to what we wanted to do around the island. A bit sketchy getting to the guide but got around safely!

    The guide Kislin was very knowledgeable and easy to follow and talk to. All of the tours were very good. Kislin was happy to make adjustments to our tour when it started to rain, and gave us a chance to see a beach and have lunch. He even recommended the restaurant. It was very good. We would recommend this tour

    Hello thank you for your review you book the excursion for 1person we explain to you that we needed a minimum of 2person for this excursion to operate on that date and time we told you if we did not get 1more person this excursion was not going to operate i contac you 24hours before the excursion time and we canceld the excursion 24 before the excursion time and we give you a full refund we send you 3 notification 24 in advance and you continue to insist this is a share excursion and we need 2person minimum for this excursion to operate or purchase off 2 ticket

    Great tour! Guide customized tour for our group, it was awesome! Took us to a beach for extra time and had us back to our ship in plenty of time.

    Great tour with great operator. Our driver Kislin was great. He was polite, took time for the kids, and made sure no one walked away. The monkeys and sloth hangout was a good time, especially for kids. The Chocolate factory and Rum factory were not really factories, but good stops to make. Kislin drove us through some beach neighborhoods and along the beach, which was really nice to see. Great tour.

    Was not happy when I got there. Y’all did not have who we had to meet up with and where. I have booked threw y’all several times. Was very unhappy with this one. When we did find where we needed to be everyone was very very nice.

    The tour was screwed. We were brought to an iguana farm that was not mentioned in the itinerary. The van was small for the number of passengers. The driver left without telling us and did not come back with our personal belongings in the van. We waited for 25 minutes until another van and driver arrived and brought us to the sloth and monkey hangout. After this leg of the tour, we again waited for a long time to be picked up. Then the original driver and van arrived but a guy stepped out of the van and tried to walk away with our personal belongings We ran after the guy and snatched our backpacks from him then he just walked away without our driver doing or saying anything. The driver of the second van was explaining that our group was not in their schedule and that there was a mixup. We were brought back to the cruise ship upon our insistence due to the worsening situation and did not proceed anymore to the chocolate/rum factories and island/beach tour that are part of the package we paid for.     Thank you for sharing your expirience with US we are glad to hear from you we are a small local tour company and we try our best to offer all off our guest the best service posible we have investegate this issue to find out what realy happing on that day you book your excursión for the 29 of june and show up on the 28 our drivers was already out on There excursión wend the guest show up on the incorect date the 28 instead of the 29 the original date that you book your excursión for so we get a call from the port that notified US that we had some guest at the port one off our driver leave There guest at the iguana farm and went back to the port and call the office with the guest reservacion name we look for your reservacion in the system for the 28 it was not There so we look for it on the 29 it was for the 29 so the driver leave the port with the guest and took them to the iguana farm and explain to the guest that they had Make a mistake with There booking but he will do all he can to help accommodate them with the other Group even dow the guest made a mistake with the date of there book out team try our best to accommodate you and your family we love what we do and our only goal is to provide the best expirience for you and you family we love you and hope to have you back with US in the future best regard

    The vendor was fantastic going out of their way to find our ordered tour. Adolph was the right person and he was totally accommodating to our needs. We loved the sloths and monkeys and were able to spend ample time with these darling critters! We ordered from a non-cruise line site for less $$ and especially fine having full cooperation from our driver-fully personalized our tour. Enjoyed seeing behind the scenes life in small villages, the small shops, and the real life of living in Roatan. Much appreciated and recommend Adolph and Creg, our smaller and flexible driving co. Don’t be afraid of missing the ship-these drivers’ top stated priority is to get you back safely before ship departure.

    Wilson, our tour guide, was amazing. He knew a lot about the island and was so helpful and patient with our group of 8. The monkeys and sloths was by far the highlight of the trip!!! You won’t be disappointed!

    We loved the zoo where we experienced holding the sloth and having the monkeys and birds sit on our heads and arms. The up close encounter was wonderful. The chocolate and rum factories were just a place to buy their products. At the rum factory the manager required us to wear a mask even there was no one else in the store. No one was wearing a mask at the cruise port stores or anywhere else. These are two places we wouldn't recommend. Our tour guide was wonderful. He was wise, thoughtful, and helpful. He made the tour for us.

    The sloth and monkeys were great…. You got to hold them and interact with them … very fun…. The guide Eric was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loved his job and the animals

    Holding a sloth was an incredible experience, and th3 monkeys where so fun watching them jump from person to person. Our tour guide was wonderful and took us wherever we wanted to go, and even recommended places. It's a must do excursion.

    We went on Island tour, our experience was great our Driver Mr. Harley Rich was such a joy to be with, he was very knowledgeable about the Island, and great communicator withe everyone on the bus.

    We had a problem to start. The tour folks had us coming in on the wrong ship at a different port. We showed up at the time we were given and were told the van had already gone to the other ship to pick us up. Eventually, they came back to get us, but it took 45 minutes. Once we were on our way, Orwin did a fabulous job. It was 3 of us, so we had private tour more or less. He took us all around and explained it all to us. He even took us to some of the places we wanted to go. He did a fine job1
