Buyer beware: There are plenty of excursions that will not make you exit the port like this one did!!

We were not informed that we had to exit the port and walk a group of 30 down the streets of Honduras when we booked this excursion. We followed the guidelines provide the night before travel and was at the port 90 minutes before the excursion and was separated by aggressive travel excursion locals and taxi drivers trying to pull you away from your trip and confuse you. This was walking past the cruise provided trips that had busses in the port, and directing us out through he madness and into to the streets. The kids were 15-18 years old kids were approached by locals asking them to come with them, to all kids of pulling into other trips that they claimed they were supporting. This is madness outside of the cruise ship trips. Don't do what we did.

Tour Operators - Beware of Such Tricks Played for Money!! Dear Jeffery Conyer, We are extremely sorry to hear on how you feel. May we please share the facts. 1)You were booked for 11am by Viator , A TripAdvisor Company after confirming with you and us the time was alotted to you. Viator has all the record of it. where thousands of travelers book their tours using same platform. 2) we sent you an email on Mar10th (on records on Viator platform) and then another email reminder to meet us 90 mins after the ship docks. 3) You did not follow the crystal clear instructions given how to come out and at what time to meet your guide where at. This is all in writing on records with you, us and Viator. 4) Instead of 90 mins as assigned - You came out of port 60mins before your assigned time outside the port where you met some people - who and why for what purpose; we have no idea; and why would you do that- again we have absolutely no idea as to what was the purpose behind it. 5) "we received 11 ppl from your group who followed the correct instructions and did complete the tour happily with us. Mr. Jeffery It’s sad and surprising that if part or your group can follow correct instructions then why can you and other members could not follow the same. As a courtesy gesture we approved you a 50% discount when Viator approached us.; since all three parks, staff at all 3 locations, logistics and rest of things associated with your time slots need to be paid. Now it is sad and shame that on the top you put wrong information and charge back from bank not telling the real truth that you violated Viator cancellation policy. Truth needs no planning to be spoken off but it needs to be respected humanely for our next generations to know. We had such an amazing day!! Lexi our guide was awesome!!! We were in a smaller group of 8 of us and it made the sloth/monkey experience so much more relaxing and memorable!! ATV’s were so fun and the Beach resort was perfect!! Food was awesome too!

Holding the SLOTH was so wonderful. The guide did not rush you and I just fell in love with my sloth. We had the same driver for transportation for the day and she was just WONDERFUL. Ask for her and you wont be sorry..Cristin. TOP NOTCH for the ATV ride (we did the dune buggie and would recommend it) We had a BALL. You could not ask for a better time. I laughed each time the mud hit me and we were COVERED with it in the end. Everyone at the ATV area was super nice. Our team was George and another man and for the life of me I cant pull his name in my mind. We then went to the beach resort where again we had a super time. Everyone on this trip worked hard to make it a wonderful time. VERY HAPPY WITH THE DAY. PS Take cash as you will for sure want to tip all of those who help you so much.

This was the MOST funniest experience ever! first started off getting picked up by our personal driver from the port then heading over to the animals which was cool. We saw monkeys, birds,slothes and more! It did start pouring raining but luckily they had plenty of umbrellas for us. Next we headed over to the ATVs which was so fun! Our guides where amazing they even helped and took lots of videos and pictures the whole time for our YouTube channel. Then we headed on over to a private beach club where the food was amazing and the drinks where amazing ( you do have to pay for food/drinks) the beach club was surprisingly not packed but it made it more relaxing. overall great trip! also our personal driver was the sweetest !

I highly recommend this excursion! The information was very informative and the monkeys and sloths were so cute! Be ready to get dirty on the ATVs/buggy's. I recommend the ATVs if you don't want to get as dirty. The buggy riders were covered in mud.

Great for teen boys

I came on this tour with my teen boys. The small park with the monkeys and sloth was a good photo opportunity. The ATV & dune buggy experience was highlight for my boys. Guides are with you the whole time and at one point, drove my son on his ATV when he decided he’d rather be a passenger instead. I mistakenly thought the ATV was a means to visit something touristy in the jungle. The ATV ride itself is the experience though. It was bumpy and muddy but that is to be expected. Next time, I’ll let the boys do this on their own. Smelling exhaust fumes, dust in my eyes and mud on my clothes is no fun for this 51 year old. Guides were great and provided goggles and safety instructions. All spoke English. The beach at the end was a great peaceful ending with enough loungers and shade. Lunch was a reasonable cost. Shout out to Lexi our driver who was fantastic. Overall, this was a good excursion.

Had a great time! Azarie, our driver was very outgoing and helpful. We visited the sloth and monkey farm first then we where on to the 4 wheelers. Last but not least on to the Black Pearl golf resort for sun and relaxation. Thanks Aviator for the great experience. And a special thanks to Azarie for the laid back atmosphere. 👍
