Mahogany Bay: Upon debarkation of your cruise ship at Mahogany Bay Cruise Center, walk past the shopping area. You will see the white taxis; at that point, make a left straight up the hill. Where you see a green gate, walk through it and walk down to where you see people holding signs. Look for the one that says Roatan henry Tour, and ask for Creg. Let him know you have a reservation with him and tell him your name. . Coxen Hole Pier: Upon debarkation, walk through and past the main shopping area on your right. Turn right when you see sales booths. You may be confronted by other vendors offering their tours. They will be very persistent, but keep telling them that you are all set. Keep walking towards the exit gates to the main street. If you have any trouble finding the exit, ask the security professionals at the pier, who will be assist you with finding the exit to the main street. As you exit through the gates, look to the right, where you will see people waiting and holding signs. Look for the one that says Roatan henry Tour, and ask for Creg. Let him know you have a reservation with him and tell him your name.

Our guides Aldoph and Galvin were awesome! They brought the excursion to life for my teenagers. The entire family loved the ATV ride and petting zoo. I highly recommend Henry Tours and will book them again next year.

We had so much fun! One of the girls had never ziplined before and she still says that was the best part of our trip. Even though it rained when we were on the ATVs we still had a blast.

Shem, our driver, was so incredible!! He was kind and courteous the entire time! Everyone at every stop was kind and so fun! The activities were an opportunity of a lifetime and everyone made the experience great!

This experience was amazing. Honduras is beautiful, and the tour guides were exceptional. The ATV ride through the jungle and to the local community was a blast. I got to high 5 the locals and took lots of pictures. It started to rain on our way back on the ATV's, and I felt like I was in a movie riding through the jungle. The 16 course zipline was an adrenaline rush. The 2 guys were super energetic and made me feel comfortable. And to top off the whole excursion. The animals were super friendly and cute. A highly recommended this excursion for anyone that visits the Roatan Honduras area.

My family will forever remember this trip. Our driver and tour guide stay with us the entire time, which made us feel secure. He knew all the locals, no lines, no drama and no hassle or fuss. On our way to each excursion we learned about the town of Roatan and Punta Gorda. The ATV excursion was next level. Visiting the town of Punta Gorda and there beaches were beautiful. I would advise purchasing souvenirs at the port. Great experience, I will always book with Viator excursions.

Worst experience ever…. We have been with viator for several years now. It has become more of a factory experience than a website to be trusted. We have booked with viator to hope that each experience is memorable and a safe experience, Rhis is no longer the case. We were quite disappointed to say the least with this experience where we waited several hours by the tour provider for one experience and still had 3 activities promised. Our kids ended up crying waiting for someone to come back and ended up walking back To our ship yo a crowded unsafe street bc nominees came back to attend to our tour and this was ok by viator, I am quite shocked and disappointed to say the least. Completely unacceptable and beyond unacceptable to put our trust ina company and tour operator who boast a guarantee in a foreign country we trusted,. Do not book this tour or anything else with viator,

Thank you for your few words we are sorry you did not get to complete your excursión we take customer service very seriusly our intire team try all we could on that day to help you get the bess out off your excursión but it was out off our hand the ship came in later dan it was sechudule and we had 4 other ship in port that day we had your reservacion for 8:30am you show up 10 a.m. de already had your intire day plan to get your excursión done before the crowd started but with the shipyou were on coming in late and you geting to US 10 a.m. there were not much we could do the place was already crowded we ofer you to canceld your excursión and give you a full refound but you insist you will still do the excursión the área was crowded at that time we did all we could do for you to complete your excursión you did the zipline and monkeys part off the excursión we had our 15 passengers van and Guide with you all day doing all he could do one off our best Guide if you look true the review you will see his name on most off them you ask for a full refound after all off this and we give you your full refound we are sorry the ship schedule did not allow you to complete your full excursión There was another group from your ship on the same excursión and she contac me about a parcial refund for the atv part off the excursión we refund her the atv part of the excursión and apologize to her for not geting to do the atv part of the excursión her reply thank you we had a great day you did all you could after the ship came in late it was out off your hand We as a local tour company are always ready to do al we can to Make our guest happy we are a small local tour company this is our life and we are always here to help you get the best out of your excursión in roatan we love you take care hope to have you back with US in the future to help you get the best out off your excursión with us Thank you god bless you hope you injoy the rest off your excursión
