Look for the RT&T (Roatan Trips and Tours) sign and there you will be greeted by one of our staff who will have your name on a list and ready to present you to your tour guide and driver for the day.
Refunds will not be issued if tour/activity is missed due to late or non-arrival of cruise ship

Tour departs within walking distance of the cruise port
Town center Coxen Hole port As you exit the ship walk and pass all the main shopping areas that will be on your right turn to the right where you see some sales kiosk (they are very aggresive trying to get you go with them for tours, just say you are book online with Steve Bush and they will back off, keep walking towards the exit gates to the main street as you exit the gates Gate(3,2 or 1) in front of cemetery , right accross the street look to the right, you will see lots of people with signs just look for ours (RT&T) Roatan Trips and Tours,and our staff will assist you to start your tour, if you have any difficulties finding us just ask any of the local business or security guys where the exit to the main street is.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Great Adventure! Tour, Snorkel, and more

The meeting directions that this company provided were fantastic. Ive used other companies at this port and none provide the details I got on this tour. At the location, we met Thalia who was our land guide and marcos the land driver. Me any my friend had a private tour cause we were the only people there. They took us to places that we wanted to see and were very friendly and felt completely safe. There was a slight misunderstanding about which tour we had purchased, but this company fixed it immediately. There was no delay or issues. We then got taken to the boat for our snorkeling tour. We had snorkled before off of a beach, but never out of a boat. Since I am a large guy, I was concerned that if the boat ladder was not well made I would stay on boat. It was a well maintained boat and very sturdy ladder so we joined the snorkeling. Unfortunately the waves that day would push you away from the boat so if you spent 3 minutes looking underwater, you would have to spend 10 minutes swimming back to the boat location. The snorkeling was still enjoyable but calmer waves would have made it perfect. After about an hour snorkeling we got back in van and were dropped off at Port with plenty of time to shop. Highly recommend this company and we thought Thalia was wonderful.

Joan and Johnathon for the land portion of the tour were outstanding as well as the boat tour captain and mate. Our only criticism was the boat was not comfortable especially with the number of folks onboard. We did not participate in the snorkeling part as we were concerned with our ability to re-entry into the boat. The bost was more suited to toting which was very good.

The tour guide was very good. She told information about the area. She even stopped to buy a fruit that was native that none of us knew of. We all felt safe with her and the driver. The scuba diving was very good. The guide in the water picked up things in the ocean for us to see and feel. He was very attentive to our skills or my lack of skills. All in all a very good tour and would definitely do Viator again.

I booked this tour because it was handy cap accessible, and I was glad it did. I can remember the name of the woman that was your guild, but she was very good, and we enjoyed our time with her. But the best part was the snorkeling. The man and his son were so friendly and nice. They took the time to help my husband into the water so he could snorkel. He was excited to be able to do that.
