The catecombs were impressive. Our guide was personable and upbeat. Answered all of our questions and more. I feel like I am well versed in the “lasagna” layers of Italian history Loved our guide and the tour. 😃

Thoroughly enjoyed this tour! Fantastic! Andy was an awesome guide! Incredibly knowledgeable and animated! One could almost feel the hustle and bustle of Ancient Rome all around as he described the scenes at each location! Highly recommend this tour!

The tour guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was much better than the second tour guide for the Vatican catacombs and I would suggest the company look at going to a different catacomb so that the same guide could be used and not a Vatican one. In any event the tour was very enjoyable.

VERY disappointing tour because the bones have been removed. The tour guide said they were removed long ago because people were touching them. The picture advertising the tour still shows skulls and this is not the case. FALSE advertising. My young adult children liked the guide but the only reason they did the tour was to see the actual bones, not empty spaces. Save your money and find another tour. We found out there are other real life catacombs with bones and all you can pay a small fee and just enter without a guide but not with this tour company. False advertising, misleading and I paid for 3 tickets for a semi private tour just to see the catacombs without the bones used in advertisement. Shameful

This tour is a MUST because, unfortunately, guests are not permitted to snap photos inside the catacomb and crypt as they are sacred spaces. The few photos you see online are nothing like the real thing. You have to see it in person. I highly, highly recommend this tour. Pamen, the tour guide had a great attitude and was personable, patient and knowledgeable. The history was fascinating and it was a fantastic experience overall. As an aside, the catacombs are a fantastic place to visit on a very hot summer day because they are chilly and offer a reprieve from the scorching heat. Don't forget that your shoulders and knees must be covered to enter some of the sights but the museum sells a piece of fabric for you to cover exposed areas for 1 Euro in case you forget to cover up.

Sean was fantastic! Tour was so interesting and so tailored to our family’s unending questions (high engagement!) There was a city wide taxi strike and 100 degree weather ….Sean went WAY above and beyond and made certain to have a private driver secured to transport our family from the first Catacombs to the Catacombs our at the Appia way and back to our starting point . Marco was a great guide as he slowly peeled back the layers of the lasagna that is Rome. San Clemente was fascinating and really best explains the settlement of Roma. The catacombs were definitely worth the trip although be advised their are no skeletons. Worth the trip!
