The tour itinerary can start with either the Colosseum or the Palatine Hill/Roman.
The meeting time can be subject to change. In this case, we will call/text you in advance to let you know.
Travellers should have a moderate physical fitness level
Aerosols, sharp objects and large backpacks will not be allowed
There are mandatory security checks at all entry points to the sites. The time spent in the security line varies and this line cannot be ‘skipped.’ The wait time for the security check can be considerable during peak times/seasons and has nothing to do with the ticket line.

Luca was our tour guide and did an amazing job. I do want to mention that this tour says it's handicap accessible, however, after going through with a manual wheelchair I can definitely say that it is not. Luca was amazing and full of information.

Though we were late to reach the spot, they welcomed us well and with smile. Our guide Kiara was very sweet and took care of the entire group and showed her photographic memory skills by remembering everyone in the group while taking the headcount and quickly spotted if anyone was left away. Gave enough time to look and visit the places and this helped our old family members to enjoy the trip. Unbiased attention and answering to the silliest of our questions. Well this trip makes sure that we visit this place again and again and with same company and guide.

Awful tour experience with rude staff

Terrible experience with very rude staff. We were late due to us being lost finding the meeting point but I tried calling the guide and messaging them on WhatsApp on the number provided before hand and no response when we finally arrived the guy we found there was extremely rude and completely unhelpful. A woman from another tour company even came to ask if we needed help. Awful awful experience with rude staff. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone due to the staff. If I could give it no stars I would!

I’m sure the guides are wonderful, however, I got charged for the booking and never booked it. We did go to the Colosseum and loved it, but when the charge for this tour came up, I called and questioned it. They kept telling me that I booked it. When I got home and checked all my emails, there was no booking. After several emails back and forth, lo and behold it showed up. They are sneaky. So watch your bookings and keep ALL your emails.

Romina was fantastic. She made the tour interactive which made it fun and she was full of knowledge, she answered every question even if they were not related to the tour. She was considered of those needing extra time to walk or take breaks. She also gave us enough time to take pictures. I would take another tour with her! The check in was easy and the meeting point easy to find. The price was worthy.

Did not enjoy this tour at all. The colloseum was amazing but the guide took way too long to get us around. Did not even know her name. But she mentioned that tours only supposed to have 40 minutes in the Collosseum but went for nearly 1 and 1/2 hour. So we did not do the other Roman Forum or the Palantine Hill. Very disappointing

Kiara, our guide, was an incredible tour guide. The area surrounding the Colosseum can be a little chaotic with tours and tourists, but the tour company and Kiara were able to keep us organized and on schedule. Our guide shared great history, left time for photos while keeping us moving, and was all around someone I'd take a tour with again. The tour was just long enough to fit in everything + some history without being excessive or losing interest. And the sites speak for themselves, must sees if you're in Rome!!!!

You do not skip the line just enter through a “groups” line

This was not a skip line. The tour takes you to a line where all the groups enter, which took about an hour. It didn’t seem to be any faster than the normal line. Our tour guide was also a little difficult to hear/understand, which to be fair the Colosseum was extremely busy and there was 30 people in our group. He would also get upset when someone wasn’t “paying attention” to him and taking pictures off to the side. We spent so long at the Colosseum, we were only able to see a small portion of the Roman Forum, and did not make it to the Palestine Hill. I would suggestion downloading an app that you can play while walking around the Colosseum and Roman Forum at your own pace and buy a general admission ticket instead.

Half a tour!

The meeting point for the start of the tour was not particularly clear so took us a while to establish and fortunately made more obvious by a gathering of people! Our tour guide was Maurizio and started ok but kept referring to a pictorial book he had which would have been helpful if the images were larger for all to see! We had a 10 minute stop on Palatine Hill for photo's and unfortunately we must have lost track of time as our group left without us! Our guide obviously didn't do a head count or attempt to find us as we were in the shade of a tree in a prominent place with very few people around us. We were then stuck with our headsets but thankfully handed these into another guide we recognised from the same tour operator who was just behind us with his group. We missed half of our tour needlessly with just a bit more care by the guide.
