This was one of the best experiences we had in Italy. Francesca was delightful and so knowledgeable. The cooking class was the perfect size and the chefs were excellent. And the food! So delightfully delicious. The apertivo prior to the cooking class with Prosecco and enjoying the fruits of our labor from the cooking class was delicious. Strongly recommend this cooking class - very memorable.

From start to finish this experience was A Grade fun. As a solo traveller I met wonderful people from all over the world which was a blast. I cannot recommend this enough. We had a great time. The food tasting at the market was much more than we anticipated. Our guide Leila was GREAT!!! Very kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed making and eating the pasta we made. It was well organized and a lot of fun. I would highly recommend this experience. Make sure you are hungry when you attend, there is a lot of great food!

Alina was absolutely incredible!! She made our experience better than we could have ever expected. Alina was informative and so beyond friendly. The whole staff at the restaurant did such an amazing job at making us all feel super comfortable in the kitchen. The food was SO good, we left with very very full bellies & enjoyed every second. Great experience in this cooking class, very casual and fun. Started with some amazing appetizers and then to pasta making (ravioli and Alfredo) and tiramisu making. Instructor is very knowledgeable and knows what she was talking about. Prosecco available the entire time, menu was also completely vegetarian which worked great for our dietary restrictions (still tasty)

We had the most incredible experience with this class at Zia Villa! I went with my mom and boyfriend and we learned how to make gnocchi, fettuccini and the best tiramisu I ever had! I’d 100 percent recommend it as we got way more than we expected with food and wine and tips and tricks! Great departure from The hustle and bustle of the busy streets of Rome and nice and relaxing, even for people who don’t care to cook and prefer to just eat!

Francesca was a brilliant guide, explaining the various elements of the food we ate and preparing the pasta and tiramisu was a lot of fun. She made everyone welcome and took time to find out a bit about everyone. The food we prepared was lovely, washed down with plenty of Prosecco and wine. It was my husband’s birthday and she arranged for a candle and everyone to sing Happy Birthday which made the whole experience special.

Wow!! What a memorable experience that far exceeded our expectations.. Francesca was phenomenal guide! She was fun and energetic through out and so helpful! The start of the class you get a tasting plate of various Italian delicacies and specialties that you wouldn’t ordinarily get the chance to experience .. then came the tiramisu and pasta making which was so fun and memorable! The team was so helpful in making sure you were getting the technique correct! Wine served through out was a plus! :) I would recommend this to anyone this was truly a wonderful experience!!
