Only way to see Pompeii and Amalfi!!

This IS the oNLY way to see Pompeii and Amalfi. Our guide was Mido who was incredibly helpful with our private tour and getting us to the beach in Positano. Top driver/guide and a very cool and comfortable ride!!

Excellent place to see the old civilization structure, it is bit hot but worth seeing the place. If you are going private tour make sure to confirm car size, the one I had is small Benz no leg room for 4+ hour trip.

I paid for a private tour and had to share the vehicle with a family of five. The lunch schedule was rearranged due to the restaurant being closed, I guess with all of the delays we didn't get any additional time to shop after the Pompeii tour, that was disappointing.

Thanks Douglas for your feedback. you were informed that due to logistics difficulty we had only one van available and we told you about it days before the tour starts and offers you the option to share the tour with other people or to cancel and get a full refund and in case you would accept to share the tour, in return (and this's some thing you didn't mention in your review) we will give you a private guided tour for 2 hours to the archeological site of Pompei including also the admission ticket!!
there were no delays as we change the reservation to another restaurant as you were on the road, so we took you directly to that place, after lunch you had a free time in Positano to explore the little village as tour description, then we head to Pompei and had a private guided tour including tickets that was not included in the price you paid!!
time for shopping in Pompei were not in our itinerary or tour description and if you would ask your driver for some time in Pompei for shopping, he would give you some time and wait for you, but you didn't ask, so how would you expect us to know about it!!!

A private tour became a shared tour no discount. The driver took us to a restaurant which required very difficult walking despite it being clear I had issues. In all whike sone of the drive was glorious the overall result was disappointing.

Thanks Paul for your feedback, we have informed you days before the tour date that for logistic reason we will have to do this tour joining another couple and in total there will be 4 passenger (you ,your wife and another couple) in a van that accommodate 8 person and as a discount we offered you a private guided tour in Pompei with tickets included, we offered you this as an option or if doesn't suit you, we can cancel the booking and send a full refund.
so, we offered you a generous discount (private tour in Pompei with tickets included cost 350 euro at least)
for the restaurant where we normally take our client it was closed and had to change it to another one that was 8-10 minutes walk from where the car drop you off, but you didn't say that you have a big difficulty walking, you said (when we offered the guided tour in Pompei) that if you would feel tiered of walking and can not continue the tour, you will go out and stay in the car, and we told that there's no problem with that you can stay in the car but you didn't say you have big difficulty walking.
we really sorry that you feel disappointed about it, please contact us and we can send you a partial refund.

Pompeii was incredible and it was our last stop.so a little less crowded. Very kind driver/tourguide would recommend it, and amazing food and viewing spots. The regular restaurant they take you to was booked so we ended up at La Tagliata and the food was amazing. Fixed meal and $$$$ so just be aware, cash only. It was 200 euro for 4 of us but the best food in Italy we had by far. Wine was included. includes a bathroom stop.
