The people that own the company are all cousins and are very passionate about their heritage. The loved sharing about the area with a good walk around the area that lead to where the pasta making class was. The class was very easy to follow and a lot of fun. While we were making the pasta, we were able to taste the really good wine that they produce as the main part of the business. The different sauces that they made were amazing and at the end they share the recipes with us through email. I would highly suggest the class to anyone and would go again!

This trip was so fun! Rosie kept us laughing and eating! The wine is delicious and the pasta is fresh and plentiful. Of all our excursions this definitely was most memorable.

This was such an amazing experience right outside of Rome! The host taught us some history and made sure to answer all of our questions about the town. His family’s restaurant is so cute, and he was great at teaching us how to make pasta and helping us when needed (which was a lot 😅) Would highly recommend this experience as you get a breath of fresh air in this cute little town called Frascati!

Rosi was the best! This by far was one of our favorite experiences we had in Rome. The town of Frascati is quaint and beautiful. Rosi did an excellent job hosting us. The class, wine, and cellar tour were top notch. Grazie!

While walking from the train station meeting point to the "From Scratch" kitchen and winery, our host and guide Irene showed us a few of the sights to see in Frascati while providing some history about the area and Frascati wine making. Before the pasta making started, we sampled some cheese with a glass of her family's Frascati, and then a glass of red wine with some Milano Salami and mortadella. The Frascati was delicious, and we ordered a bottle to have with our pasta dinner latter. Irene patiently explained how we were mix the dough ingredients, knead the dough, roll it out to the correct thickness, fold the rolled dough sheet, and then cut it in different widths, narrow to wide. Next we each were able to choose chose from one of three pasta styles/sauces for Irene to demonstrate the preparation of before then thoroughly enjoying the fruits of our labor. We also toured the basement cave below Wich originally were used to store wine casks for aging in a temperature and humidity stable environment. The caves throughout the city were also used as a place of refuge during bombing of Frascati during WWII when German troops retreating from Rome went there to hide from the advancing Allied forces. The tour was a wonderful experience that was a highlight of our three week trip to Italy!

We've spent the last month in Italy and the guide (Rosi) was the best guide throughout the entire trip - She was passionate and informative whilst being so engaging. We had the best time! Highly recommend. The wine and pasta was absolutely incredible. Not to mention the stories about the history of the venue and town. An experience I'll remember for life.

One of the best activities if our entire trip. Train from Frascati is easy (so others told us) but we were at end of our 3 week trip and took uber from Rome 50 euro. Arrived early to this little town and a market was taking place. What a change from the buzz of Rome. Host was very responsive to questions using WhatsApp. Was a group of 12 various ages. It was so organized and engaging. Very hands on and host has such an way of explaining and assisting in making the perfect pasta and sauce. The wine is wonderful and may order some. Tour of the Cellar was amazing. Before we git back to hotel we had an email with recipes and detailed instructions of the pasta and sauces we made.
