At the time of the transfer, the driver will wait at the agreed airport pick-up point for a maximum of 60 minutes from the time of flight arrival
in the unlikely event that you cannot locate the driver at the meeting point, or if you are delayed in customs, immigration, baggage collection or lost luggage, it is your responsibility to call the emergency number or send an email to make contact. If you fail to call the emergency contact number within 60 minutes of the actual landing time for airport collections, and as such the service provider is not made aware of the problem, the service will be considered a no show.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

An expensive lesson.

I saw my name at the airport and the man standing next to it called my name and I thought it was your company until we were enroute. I had to pay him 60 euros and listed as a no show being charged by Viator.

Unfortunately we do not agree with you... You cancelled your first transfer with 2 hours notice... we agree to rearrange a new one for a special price.... flight was delayed but we were there ... unfortunately after almost 2 hours waiting (proofs avail) we decided to release the driver because you REFUSE to pay the extra for the parking charges...(so the story of big tip I don't know if is true...) to cut our losses we decided to release him... so it's true we did not finish the job but the story is not like the one you have presented
