      Worst company ever
      Paula_K, May 2023
This company is the worst. The haven’t helped me at all. They are literal scammers. They told me I collected my card when I haven’t. Half of the time they don’t understand English. They don’t have correct information. Absolutely useless
There are better uses of time.
      Stanley_B, Apr 2023
Spending money on a taxi to pick up metro passes is begging an upsale. Picking up the passes at two “convenient” locations says it all. Won’t be fooled again.
      NOT RECOMMENDED
      PEDRO_T, Apr 2023
Too expensive for a very low service. For the majority of museums you have to pay anyway. For Sant Peter Basílica it is NOT a priority pass (written in small letters) For the Vatican Museums it is NOT included the audiGuide Paid 575 euros for 5 people, a huge mistake
Great pass, make sure to make reservations
      Garth_K, Apr 2023
The Omnia pass was a great experience to have and really helped you see a lot of the city through this one card. We were able to book all of the things we wanted to book - just wish we would have had more days! There’s a few downsides to this. It was hard to figure out the location to pick up the card. We finally found it after wondering around some. Some of the reservations we had to do before hand didn’t seem to work or we were not told we had to have reservations so we missed out on a few things that I was bummed about. The hop on-hop off bus was great! However, we were told one thing about when it starts. Showed up at that time and it wasn’t for another hour or so. We ended up walking due to this but once the bus was operating, it was fantastic!
      Long Weekend to Rome.

Prebooked the Ominous Roma Pass before leaving. Thought it would be easier that way but the first Ticket Office turned out to be closed down and there were now only 2 so had to alter to St Peter’s at that Vatican City to collect the passes. The passes were good, but I think I would probably just by a city bus pass on arrival to Rome as we ended up walking everywhere and the majority of the sites are free to visit. The Museum at the Vatican and the Coloseum are extremely busy and so was difficult to see everything. The visit into the Vatican was worthwhile. The restaurants and cafes off the main streets are worth visiting especially the Aurora Restaurant in Ludivisi. Food excellent. Also went to see the Roma v Juventus match at the Stadio Olympico. Atmosphere electric especially if you are into football and was good as Roma won 1-0 so the local fans were in good form. Hope to visit Rome again one day.

We got our money’s worth, but had a few issues with being unable to get tech to work meaning long delays getting fantastic staff to sort things out for us. Could do with more signage and printed information/guides.

      Bad Experience
      Lupe_P, Dec 2022
The experience was very disappointing - the agency / agent (female) at the redemption office was rude and did not explain how the cards worked. I was not able to use the features. Lost a lot time looking for the attachment letter with QR Code. I’m requesting to please refund my money!

Omni Roma Pass not able to schedule for Colosseum
      Rosemarie_C, Nov 2022
Vatican Museums $28 + Colosseum n Palatine Hill $24 + Hop on Hop off $38 = $90. With Omni Roma pass it is more expensive. Also there was no such thing as skip the line. Also you have to schedule n get vouchers on top of the pass to go to Vatican Museums. (Sistene Chapel is free once inside the Vatican Museum. There was No availability to see the Colosseum. You have to purchase another tour for $35. One uses the train for transportation instead of bus since it's faster but traun is not included.

      Difficult to Process
      Dennis_M, Aug 2022
The route map was very useful and allowed me to access the sites I wanted to visit with ease. The process to retrieve the Omni Card/Roma Pass was somewhat confusing. Even with the downloaded apps, it was sometimes difficult to navigate. The documents/codes loaded previous to my arrival did not appear to be useable; thus the confusion.

      Very upset
      Iain_H, July 2022
Memorable for the fact I did not get the pass due to the office not finding my booking. I have contacted the company in as many ways as possible with only an automated reply! I missed out on the Vatican and two days hop on hop off and had to buy a different pass at extra cost! Very unhappy

      Waste of money
      Merel_R, May 2022
Total waste of your money. The card is so expensive (€ 130!) that we couldn't visit enough sights to make it profitable. First, the st pieter church is free. And at te moment there was no possibility to skip the line cause of covid. Moreover there wasnt even a big line, so skip the line tickets arenr even necessary. For the castello you need to pay extra 6 euros, even whit the roma card. There are just 2 hop on and off buses in yhe whole city so you have to wait 45 minutes. Public transport is so cheap you dont need the roma card. Colloseum the line was short and i didnt see any possibility to skip the line. Also it is just 12 euros so just book it yourself. Worst was the villa borghese that would have been free with the card. It was completely booked until the end of our trip, so again a waste of money.

      arrange pass, confirm and...
      Frank_D, Apr 2022
arrange pass, confirm and pick up at point in rome too cumbersome. and thereby not clearly distinguish omnia pas and roma pas. Especially with the different ages of the children. people at the various sights also not always very friendly and helpful. But the Bus was still the biggest disappointment. Very limited itinerary. Certainly no question of hop on hop off, and if you were at the right point to get on, the bus had already left.

      Roma/Omni Pass
      Charles_W, June 2021
Instructions were not clear on price for children under 6 (for all attractions/reservations). We purchased a 3 day pass for a four year old child, the redemption point verified the toddler should not be charged but Viator would not refund the unnecessary child’s pass and the contact number was not valid.

Hop on and hop off bus tour was very helpful; easy access to main attractions; buses were on time and often.

Hello kelly270 and thank you very much for sharing your experience with us. We are so pleased you found the pass great value and also you enjoyed using it! The Omnia Vatican and Rome Pass wishes you the best and hopes you have a great day!
Omnia Vacation & Roma Pass including hop on hop off pass
      Brenda_S, Oct 2019
What a waste of my money. The meeting place to get your tickets is to so hard to find, by the time I did find it we weren't able get appointments for the Vatican or the Colosseum, so we missed both of the those sites. Hop on Hop off bus I suggest getting one at your hotel, as then they will know where the drop off locations are.
      Needs more directions and information.
      Payton_Y, Aug 2019
We struggled finding where to pick up the pass which eliminated a day of site seeing. There are no instructions for what to do at the sites once you arrive. Directions emailed before with maps would be helpful. The hours of the hop on hop off bus were not convenient and bus stops were not accurate. I would recommend just getting the Roma Pass and a city bus pass. The rest was not worth the money paid.
      It’s ok
      Lorena R, Aug 2019
The hop on hop off bus is unnecessary...the stop are really far and complicated, they were no signs on the stop, they start late and end early and plus I purchase the headphones and they no one talking about the sites. The skipping the line was good and the public transportation pass was good
      Worst tour guide ever!
      Richard_S, Aug 2019
Hop on hop off does what is says on the tin. However our Vatican tour guide was nothing more than abysmal! She did not speak to us at all on the walk to Vatican museum entry. Once our tickets were processed at museum entry our group did not see her again and were left wondering should we just continue on our own without her. She was missing in action and about as much use as an ashtray on a motorbike. I only wish I knew her name so her bosses could read this but she didn’t even tell us that. I suggest if she reads this she should consider a career move. Something that doesn’t involve walking, talking, listening or being remotely interested in what’s happening around her. Maybe a taxi driver!!
      Some concerns
      Melanie_B, Aug 2019
An introductory bus tour of Rome is highly recommended. The on/off model is offered by at least three companies; I'd recommend buying a pass for at least two days if not more so you can get the most out of the experience. Omnia specializes in pilgrimages and religious tours. The office was relatively easy to find near the Vatican. However, new regulations that keep tour buses out of the historic center had just taken effect so routes had changed and stops were sometimes hard to find. The bus routes need a little more planning and thought. Also, the busses need to move on a busier schedule--the waits were about 20-30 minutes. Not bad but could be better.
