Best tour ever!

This was the best tour we’ve done. What a fabulous way to see a city in just 3.5 hours and receive a history lesson at the same time. My teenage kids were totally engaged the whole time and requested I change all future city overview tours from walks to segways. Thanks for the memories Giulio!

The tour guide was simply amazing. Julio was not only well informed and knowledgeable about Rome’s history, he is also an excellent instructor. He spent a good half hour instructing us on how to ride the Segway. He was also very attentive about our comfort level and safety through the entire ride.

This was an incredible experience, it’s a must in your To Do List when you are in Rome. Julio, our tour guide was FANTASTIC!!! He took us to places that we never heard about; get your cameras ready the views are amazing!!!! If you never ride a Segway, do not worry!!! You’ll learn in 15 mins.

excellent and so awesome. our guide Juilo was so wonderful and friendly. he taught us how to ride the segways before started the tour and made sure we were confident before starting. he was so calm and did not rush. once we began he knew his history and he enjoyed telling us about the spots we visited. he even let stopped to let us try the tradition food in one area. i would recommend to anyone. he even recommended other things to. you could tell he loves what he does.

I can not say enough good about this tour. Our guide Julio was FANTASTIC! Segways were AMAZING! I wish we would have done the all day tour. This is a MUST DO in Rome!

Julio was an amazing guide and showed us Rome in an interesting and fun way. Totally enjoyed riding the segway! Totally worth it! This was the tour of parts of Rome rather than the Trastevere, yet the tour was absolutely amazing and well worth the time.

Guide John Paul was personable, knowledgeable, and had easy to hear and understand English. Great route. Saw more of hilly Trestevere and some of ancient Rome than we could have covered in 2 1/2 days of walking. A great adventure!

Dario was our guide and was FANTASTIC! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Rome and really made this the highlight of our trip! There were only two of us plus Dario on our trip, so it was very personalized. We were doing other Rome tours and chose the Trastevere tour to get somewhat our of the mainstream. We took the 4:00 pm tour on a full moon night and it was spectacular! I would HIGHLY recommend it and ask for Dario!

Note: I originally booked this tour through Viator.com and the service was fulfilled by a local Segway company.. We took the Trastevere tour and had a great time. Our guide, Quentin, was friendly and very knowledgable about the area. I'm glad we did this by Segway because climbing up the hill in the heat would have been exhausting, and we would have missed out on the incredible view of the city. It ended up just being the two of us with our guide, so we were able to stop and go as we pleased. Quentin took us to sights on both sides of the river and even recommended a great restaurant for lunch. I highly recommend a Segway tour near the beginning of your trip. You can cover a lot of ground easily and figure out what you want to go to again later.

Tour très sympa! Les deux guides étaient bien informés et nous ont montré des endroits à Rome un peu "hors du commun". À répéter! :-) La tour a cependant eu lieu en Golf-Carts et non en Segway (Nouvelles directives de circulation à Rome apparemment qui interdisent les tours Segway...)
