We are terribly sorry that you experienced this delay to your Borghese Gallery tour, we certainly do not aim to cause this level of disappointment to any of our guests! We always do our utmost to promptly communicate any unfortunate delays or last minute changes that are out of our control, and I sincerely apologise that on this occasion we were unable to do so. I am unable to see exactly what happened on the day of your tour without the full booking details, but nonetheless I apologise sincerely that we fell so short of your expectations. I can only imagine how frustrated you were feeling.
