Celeste rocks!

This was the first activity we did once landing in Rome, and boy was it a great way to start. Celeste was INCREDIBLE. She not only knew her stuff when it came to food but was personable, well-spoken, fun, and clearly has a passion for food. The food was delicious. We tried some fantastic new things and learned so much about Italian culture and food along the way. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and tips for spotting legit gelato. 10/10. She deserves a raise.

I have never been to Rome before and I thought what better way to experience the city than with a good tour. I was not disappointed! My fiancée and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a nice small group, and we gad a great time tasting all tge food and drinking a little wine and Prosecco. The food was excellent. I learned a lot. I should have had a even lighter breakfast than I did , because I was very full trying many things!!

Our tour guide Ashley was AMAZING!!! She has such a good knowledge of food and Rome. She was able to give us the in’s and out’s of what to look for, how to properly pair foods with wines and much more. This is a must if you want to make the most of your time in Rome on where to eat and what to look for when you’re out looking at restaurants to eat at. She even takes you to the famous Bonci pizza restaurant (he truly is the Michelangelo of pizza). This is a must do tour and make sure you book with Ashley!

Pablo, our tour guide was personable, interesting and knowledgeable. Although I think he could should have made it a point of introducing the group to each other. The tour got off to a slow start. We were a group of 11 including Pablo the tour guide, and 5 people showed up late. It was a hot day and at times the food seemed too much. I realize it is a food tour so that probably sounds silly. My daughter and I had taken this tour 4 year’s ago and we enjoyed it so much we did it again with the whole family, she thinks the group was too large. We had 6 plus the tour guide last time as opposed to 10 plus Pablo.

Our group was so wonderful, and Nicole our hostess was the best. We were late, per usual with us and joined everyone with our 8 month old baby and couldn't have received a warmer reception. All the stops were amazing, Bonci had the most amazing toppings, we loved the sausage and leek pizza the best! La Nicchia Cafe had the most amazing bruschetta, cheeses, and prosecco. We purchased a few things to take back home with us! Overall would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Rome for amazing food and great company!
