It was a good experience, however I think they could have done a better job at identifying the meetup location, which turned out to be a woman holding a flag about a hundred feet from the entrance, with no sign. After not finding an obvious meet point, I thought I'd her, and it turned out to be the right person. But it wasn't obvious.

If you have any interest in early art this is a "Do Not Miss". It is in my estimation the most beautiful museum that I have ever seen - both the facility and the collection. Do not miss the main large room with the incredible ceiling with paintings that appear to be three dimensional sculptures holding the ceiling up. In the busy season, plan ahead, the museum is frequently fully booked with no drop-in availability. Taxis will drop you off at the front door, making accessibility easy form anywhere in the city.

I was thrilled to get tickets through Viator as museum tickets were sold out for the next month. No waiting and I had some rooms all to myself. It was a great experience and worth paying extra for. Instructions were simple for getting my ticket and there was no wait for that, either.

Great gallery with lots of beautiful pieces to see. We booked the tour with the Audio Guide but only 3 out of the 4 of us had a phone with us. We were told once we got there that since we did not have a phone, and had not downloaded the app, we could not join the tour as booked. (This was in fact indicated in the information as sent but it was buried in the information which was disappointing.) It needs to be more prevalent in the booking information.

The Borghese is a MUST in Rome, but by all means, get tickets ahead of time because it's also mobbed by tourists and they run out of tickets for the day. The timed entries do help and our Viator Tour included an English-speaking guide who was quite informative about the many works of art. Don't forget to tour the garden, for a brief but pleasant walk. Keep in mind the Borghese is nestled into a vast park. Extremely pleasant, and you can sit on the grass/benches afterwards and rest.

The 2 hour skip the line delivered what it promised. The Viator representative was where he was supposed to be with the tickets. My objection is to the audio download which we paid for with the package, that was confusing and not helpful at all. It would be much better to rent the audio devise available at The museum.

This museum/gallery has appropriate staffing, a bookstore, a cafeteria, beautiful grounds, and a magnificent collection of paintings and sculpture. Viator provided all the directions, timing information, and staff needed for a great experience.

The paintings and the sculptures at the gallery are breathtaking. Definitely a must-see attraction. The gardens aren't great, though. The entrance to the gallery is only 15 euros, but Viator charges more than double the price of the ticket. The only benefit of paying extra is that you can book well in advance of your visit to guarantee admission during peak season.

Skip-the-line probably is not necessary at the Borghese, as entries are timed. However, there were more times available through Viator than directly through the museum. Met the rep, got our tickets. All went well.

The Borghese is an interesting gallery, but this was a waste of money. The audio guides within the museum are better than a phone and headset. Or, better yet, look for a tour with a guide. No need to buy this ticket. We could have accomplished the same thing buying tickets at the museum itself on the day.
