I personally called you to ask you what was the problem that you gave us a negative review but you did not pick up, so I have no clear idea what was your problem: You booked for 9:30 on 2nd of May, you came to the meeting point around 9:20 and 9:35 we left the office and at 9:50 you had your ticket in your hand so in less than 30 minutes. The Vatican was closed on 30th of April and 1st of May, 2nd of May is a very busy day every year and in fact it was so busy that there was a line to skip the line yet you even skipped that line too and entered from a different entrance, despite all these you gave us a negative review within a few hours? Really? I don't know What else were we supposed to do for a customer like you yourself?
You have mentioned you would definitely book with us again, please don't, we really do not appreciate receiving a negative review for no reason at all, book with other suppliers or even website, some of them will make you wait up to 40 minutes (not kidding) just to get started and this way you will see for yourself what real disorganized means, thank you.
