    My tour was cancelled 12...

    My tour was cancelled 12 hours before it was due to start, and the reason was there will be a marathon in Rotterdam the next day. How can the organizers not notice this beforehand, but just cancel it the night before?

    Dear Vernon, thanks for your feedback we feel very sorry for your experience, our guide was trying to plan a route that would enable you to explore the city even with certain areas closed but the night before he could not find it feasible for you to experience the best of city and get the worth of your tour, so he apologised to us and asked us to cancel. We understand it is not ideal but for us the guest satisfaction is very important.
