My group got put with another because security couldn't find our tour guide. So we did miss out on roughly 5-10 minutes of history. It was neat getting more background but multiple groups are running at the same time and can be confusing.

Interesting stories of the accused witches and how/why it happened and why/how it finally stopped. Our group had Sarah as our guide. Easy walk stopping at eight locations. Also included stories of apparitional sightings and the sad tortures.
There were lots of other tours going on which was distracting at times.
I personally thought it boring at times but later reflecting on the stories nit a bad tour.

Our guide who claimed to be a decendant of several of the major players was incredible! We learned so much from her honest and expertly spun stories it inspired us to learn more. She shared much about growing up in Salem. A must do when visiting!
