Forgotten reservation

We booked a Shuttle from Samara to Monteverde. We waited for 1 hour. No one came. We then contacted the touroperator (Roca Verde Shuttles) directly. Seemed like they forgot us. They then sent a private person with a private car. He drove us for ca. 45 minutes. We then had to change to another private car that took us to our final destination. At least they managed to bring us to our destination, but very poor that they obviously totally forgot about our reservation and we had to wait 1.5 hours.
