Tour Cancelled

The tour was cancelled a day before and I still have yet to receive my refund. I received a message stating that the tour was cancelled and that I would be given a refund. It was an inconvenience to be out of town and find out the day before the tour that it’s cancelled. I also still haven’t received my refund even. I messaged Viator asking about it and still haven’t received a response.

I’m still very angry at the whole situation of the tour that never happened. I received a confirmation text and email prior to the date, so I bought my train ticket to San Diego for $58.00 and found out when I got there tour was canceled. A very expensive waste of a beautiful Saturday.

Nothing interesting. More than 6 hours in the minibus, very small. Onlt the visit of Tijuana and the lunch were ok. Ni visir of Puerto Nuovo, ni typical village visit, no stop at Rosarito, no beach, only traffic jam. Not good experience fif that price. To be avoided

It was a nice tour. Juan, the driver was a very good guide. I was a little bit disappointed by Tijuana, not really a must see. The stops on the beach and the lunch location were great. The lobster was amazing.

If you want to have a little taste out side the US hoarder this is the company to go to. But I gave 4 stars cause they didn't pick us up to the place we were supposed to meet up. Piece of advice: Go directly to their office in santa fe to board . They will not reimburse you for your transportation from the hotel. Juan is very nice and sweet. He's with the company for a long period of time. He did a good job like all the reviews says. Thanks Juan.

One day in Mexico

The start of the trip was a bit delayed due to the change of the guide, however we managed to do the rest of it on time, including crossing the border back to the US. Frankly speaking there is not much to see in Tijuana, but the Rosarito beach is nice offering activities like horse and buggy riding, hair braiding and lots of fruit and local snacks.

We booked this tour on a Wednesday to take the tour the next day on Thursday which was my hubby’s birthday. We were notified at 8am1 hr before departure the tour was cancelled!! We were scrambling to find something to do on my husband’s birthday AFTER we spent $225 for the tour!! Why not offer blockout dates on days that you know have low attendance instead of having ppl send their money when it’s likely you’re going to cancel!

Guide Juan was quite knowledgeable and made the trip lots of fun. Had some free time in Tijuana for shopping, and a great lunch at a restaurant along the coast. Two other stops...time to walk on the beach. Learned a lot about Mexico. Good service being picked up and dropped off at our hotel in San Diego. Highly recommended.
