BEWARE: the order of activities listed on the site is actually flip flopped.

First off, I most definitely want to acknowledge that Hector, our ATM guide was exceptionally entertaining and helped us greatly during the adventure. He was very attentive and got us through every obstacle safely. The lunch was very tasty and our Xunantunich guide, Dimas, was also very knowledgeable about the history of the area. Now my issue is with Mr. John Paul Hales. According to BOTH the TripAdvisor and Viator site, the order of the tour is Xunantunich then ATM. It is described this way in the overview and what to expect section in Viator and in the what to expect and itinerary section of TripAdvisor. Knowing this, my friend and I only brought one pair of socks. It is recommended for you to wear them with water shoes when you go to ATM. I wear knee braces when I do physical activity so because we were notified once we were picked up that the order of activities was actually ATM first then Xunantunich, I was unable to climb Xunantunich. I had no extra dry socks and no extra dry knee braces. I would've been fine with everything EXCEPT Mr. Hales decided to text me after the tour was over- "I think you misunderstood. The description clearly says we do ATM first and Xunantunich afterwards." I texted him the screenshots of the descriptions from the sites and he didn't respond. For the price of the tour, I should've been able to enjoy everything without missing out on anything. This was sorely mishandled by Mr. Hales. Quite disappointing. But like I said, the guides were awesome!
Your can’t find better guides than Dimas and Hector

Dimas was our driver for the day and our Xunantunich tour guide A+. Hector was our ATM Cave tour guide. You seriously need to ask for this duo if you decide to go on this tour! The best guides we’ve ever had. It is a strenuous day, so be prepared to be tired and sore at the end of it. Out guides were the best, and very accommodating for our slower members. A+++
