Great Tour, Not What was Advertised

Our tour was just myself and my partner, so we got a very personalized tour of Caracol, the Rio Frio Cave, and the Rio On Pools. Edgar and his partner were knowledgable, funny, and kind throughout the trip, and they provided anything we didn't have (life jackets, towels, etc.) The trip was a good balance of a guided tour and letting us explore on our own, which I appreciated. However, this trip was advertised as a birding tour, and there wasn't much birding involved. This wasn't the biggest deal since my partner and I aren't avid birdwatchers, but to someone who was expecting to see and learn about dozens of birds, this may come as a bit of a disappointment. We also did not visit the large waterfall, that was advertised by the Viator listing. This may have been because of the weather or COVID restrictions, and we didn't mind, but again, for those who are expecting it, it is important to note. Overall, we had a great time and it was a great tour, but it was not exactly the tour we were expecting.

Our guide, Edgar, was very knowledgeable and friendly. The Caracol tour was absolutely amazing!! Lunch was delicious and the swim at the Rio On Pools was refreshing! A long day, but so worth it!
