Our guide was awesome. When we first got to the pontoon it was raining buckets. But, as our guide said, that is why it is called the rain forest. After seating in the car for a while, getting to know one and another, we started our cruise. Got some great pictures and saw some gorgeous waterfalls. Our guide prepared a grteat lunch right on the pontoon. Quite good!!
All in all, it was a great adventure in the Belize jungle. Thanks!!

Rainy BUT FUN!!!

Our guide was awesome. When we first got to the pontoon it was raining buckets. But, as our guide said, that is why it is called the rain forest. After seating in the car for a while, getting to know one and another, we started our cruise. Got some great pictures and saw some gorgeous waterfalls. Our guide prepared a grteat lunch right on the pontoon. Quite good!!
All in all, it was a great adventure in the Belize jungle. Thanks!!

We had such a fun time on the pontoon and waterfalls tour. It was a picturesque day on the river where we were completely taken care of all day. Giovanni even took a break from his crew responsibilities to be our photographer, helping to make sure we captured some amazing memories of the day. And the lunch — freshly prepared for us on the boat — was delicious too!

The tour itself is very cool but the guides are what make the tour exceptional. Nadir and Javonni were amazing hosts. They kept us entertained the whole ride, assisted with anything we needed, made us a delicious meal, helped us create the most memorable experiences (going behind a waterfall, cliff diving, rope swinging) and are all around good people. My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children -8 years and 11 years) had a blast and would highly recommend this adventure!

Can you please respond to my refund request. Only 6 of our party of 11 were able to make it to Belize due to flight cancellations. I have sent multiple emails but the only thing I have received is this survey

Giovanni was great… laid back, made a delicious lunch of chicken, potatoes & beans.
Definitely a bumpy ride to the river and bring water shoes.

Giovanni, was a sweet and great tour guide/captain! He made the experience very fun and exciting for us. I didn’t really know how to swim but he assisted me and made me feel safe while swimming at the waterfalls. Lunch was very good. Can’t tell you enough, the view of the jungle and the feeling of relaxation is to die for. A must try when you’re in Belize!

great experience! cant wait to go back. guides were nice and fun. waterfalls were beautiful. food was great! can bring beer onto boat! pontoon boat was cool. they have tubes in the back to pull us! was a blast! dont miss this!!

With three teenagers aged 19, 17 and 16 to occupy we couldn’t have picked a better trip or company! Robert, our main guide was extremely fun, knowledgeable, personable and above all un-rushed to fulfill the days agenda so we never felt that he was just checking off boxes. His team - Ken and Geovanny - were awesome and hardworking too! Expect a lazy float along the river during the trip, a short hike to the first waterfall (would recommend water shoes or hiking boots for this part but mine were still soaked from a previous tour so I fared fine in sturdy flip flops). Our second stop was another beautiful waterfall location, where we enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch our guides had been preparing since the journey began. My teenagers loved the rope swing that Robert took them to use, they played games in the water and I floated in a tube enjoying the amazing jungle views! After an unhurried lunch and more food than we could possibly eat (our fellow vegetarian travelers were also catered for) we headed to the final waterfall, where willing people had the opportunity to climb up the face and dip in the pools at each level - do it, it’s an amazing experience and the guides offer assistance to those who need it! Soft drinks are provided for the day and you can take alcohol if you would like. I had read a previous review that throwing in some snacks just in case wouldn’t hurt, so I did that and they came in useful towards the end of the day to keep us going until dinner. You cannot beat value for money with this tour, 8 hours plus travel time and voted the best trip of our 10 day visit to Belize by my family!! Thank you Robert, Ken and Geovanny for the wonderful experience!

Robert was absolutely outstanding and this adventure was more than I hoped for in every way. From hiking up waterfalls, to the delicious lunch cooked on the pontoon, to swimming to seeing baby alligators, this could not have been a more special day! Highly recommend.
