Great view of the volcano crater and the waterfall

The volcano and waterfall views were fantastic. We were lucky the mist lifted just in time for us to get a view of the crater The van seating was a bit cramped

Spectacular Day Tour

Giovanni is the best tour guide we could have asked for. His personality and positive attitude allowed my family to have a "fabulous" day tour. Our first stop was the volcano which if it wasn't for Giovanni's positive vibes we would have missed seeing the volcano because the fog literally moved in less than 10 minutes of us arriving, taking some great photo's, all I can say is WOW! The next stop was the waterfall, absolutely beautiful, then we went for a wonderful lunch which truly was delicious. Our final stop was Starbucks which had a great view and was so relaxing. Giovanni thanks for ensuring we had a memorable tour. Keep up the great work, we could not have asked for anything better.

Amazing tour guide!

The most memorable part of this experience was the tour guide, Giovanni. He guided through an amazing day of adventure and made it so fun and educational. Poas was beautiful and the coffee farm was really interesting. He also took us to an authentic Costa Rican restaurant for lunch. Loved every minute!

Arturo was a fantastic guide! I highly recommend this tour! It was our first volcano tour and Arturo was very knowledgeable about the history. He was also considerate of our needs and experience.

The big let down

I am sure the tour would have been terrific, if the tour operator had decided to pick us up. We waited at the hotel for an hour and a half. I thought going through victor would be more reliable
