    Humbling experience

    Our experience was AMAZING! We stood in Panajachel but took a 30 minute boat to San Juan and went to the market with her to buy all the ingredients to cook in her home. I enjoyed every bit of it. Along the way we saw all these colorful street while she explained the history of it all. After we finished she was nice enough to take us to this textile shop where we learned how they make their clothing by hand! 100% recommended
    So relaxing and fun!

    Great communication! Kind and considerate. Salvadore and Magdalena made me feel like a friend stopping over for dinner. They made guacamole to share while cooking and we had a nice wine with dinner. Salvadore was very knowledgeable about the area and Maya culture and traditions. He walked me to and from the dock and made sure we went down the most interesting streets to see the street art. Such a nice long stop on a otherwise hectic itinerary.
